The pool area has a large covered area with relaxing swing, dining table, and loungers. No rear neighbors

The property itself was good. But I would NOT recommend this property. We were hit with a bill over $250 for "removing"'some stains we apparently did on the couches. We were notified about the incident over a week later. If the maids reported the day we checked out we should have been notified immediately as well. The host claims she did not tell us because she was waiting for the bill. That is no excuse, we should have been atleast told about it the day it happened and the charge amount when it was received. To me that is very unprofessional and

Our family stayed 4 days. Check in was easy, and the home looked exactly as pictured. We had lots of fun in the pool! We were able to cook dinner with the kitchenware provided. The home was beautiful. The property manager Michelle was very quick and responsive and did her best to answer questions and correct any issues. There was a minor issue with the cooling which was promptly fixed. The only other issue was the lawn was unkept, but the company was unable to come out due to the coming storm. Other than that I had no complaints.
