### The Space

Welcome to your cozy and stylish family retreat at Magic Village Views, perfectly designed for up to 6 guests. This modern two-story townhouse is your ideal home base for an unforgettable Orlando vacation, located just minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World.

The home is tastefully decorated and features a comfortable family room with a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or step outside to your private patio to unwind in the jacuzzi. An outdoor BBQ grill is also available upon request for cookouts.

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, each with its own private ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for everyone in your group.

### House Rules

* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

### Important Information

* **BBQ Grill:** An outdoor barbecue grill can be provided for an extra fee of $65 + taxes per stay. This includes one propane tank and final cleaning. Please request this service before your check-in.
* **Amenities:** The home is equipped with central AC, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a TV in every bedroom, a washer and dryer, hairdryers, an iron, and an ironing board. All towels and linens are provided; however, please note that washcloths are not supplied.
* **Family Gear:** A pack-and-play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Deliveries & Services:** Please contact us directly for package delivery information or to inquire about concierge services such as Disney, park tickets, and grocery shopping.܏
