Guest access:
Guests have full access to the property; access codes will be provided on the date of check-in. Association Club House offers a pool area, work out facility, seating and reading areas for guest enjoyment.

*We understand pets are an important part of the family. Dogs are allowed upon host confirmation, and the fee is $150 per pet per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs are allowed. The host's confirmation will be based on information about the breed. Large breeds are restricted to one dog. Guests with small breeds will be allowed a maximum of two dogs.
All dogs must be caged when left by themselves. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
Please be informed that cats are not allowed.

**Sometimes of the year the pool might get a little cooler than you like. Please let us know if you will require our pool heating service for an additional $37/day (minimum for 3 days).

KINDLY NOTIFY US AND MAKE PAYMENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR CHECK-IN IF YOU WILL REQUIRE OUR POOL HEATING SERVICE. AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $27 WILL APPLY IF REQUESTED LESS THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN.
