Upon check in, i was given the wrong room, reserved a king bed but was given a room with 2 beds so not starting off good. At least in the room i stayed in needs to be upgraded. When you're sitting on the toilet its like you're on the floor, very low and low water pressure but it was very convenient to international drive and within walking distance to icon park and a lot of businesses. No one spoke English which made it very hard to communicate but if youre looking for somewhere to just lay on head and dont sn on being in the room much its an ok hotel.

Wanted to upgrade to a suite for ann extra 40 dollars (10 a night extra for 4 days) and wanted early check in before I drove to Orlando from Tampa. I called on the phone and they said don’t worry and to just come. Drive there 2 hrs from Tampa and arrive for early check in only to be told they wouldn’t have a suite for another 2 hrs. So I walk to Icon Park from there to get something to eat and come back. They have my suite available. but tell me it’s an extra 80 instead of the advertised 40 dollars for 4 nights. When I entered the room, the floors had crumbs all over the place and a dead cockroach was in the fridge. They gave me another room and it was clean but no compensation just an awkward apology. There was also shady homeless people loitering on property.

Excellent hotel, very accessible to everything. Just one recommendation: the bathroom could be cleaner, and the shower was constantly leaking water. Other than that, everything was excellent. Plus, breakfast is included.

Bad Experience

The heat didn’t work. There were no face clothes in the room. No one came it clean room or empty trash. They changed my room due to no heat and the towels in that room were used or not clean.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the room was on the smaller side, it was clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast had many options and all the food tasted fresh. I would definitely stay here again if i was in the area.

Not worth the proce

Subpar hotel. Not worth the price. Itsba 60 to 80na night place, at best. Very dated fixtures and room. Not a hotel i would stay again for a vacation. Also needs ti reviee Google information, as Google maps sends you to another hotel and phone number dials that other hotel as well.

Great room great hotel

The hotel Very quiet n no one was there but the best service the hotel desk person was a male n he was so accommodating. He knew I was alone n made my stay feel so safe. He went down to room knowing I was a female traveling alone he checked it made sure room was safe n area was safe before he let Me In room very nice very hospitable
