The check-in process was very smooth and the staff on shift was very understanding with me when I checked in very late. The room was very clean and in good shape. The staff on hand allowed me to stay a bit later than the normal checkout time which I greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this hotel. The location and price are good but the rooms are not great. The beds are not very comfortable and I struggled to find an electrical outlet that worked. We stayed for 6 nights. There was no housekeeping unless you asked for it. I just felt icky after staying at this hotel. The worst part is now they are not refunding our $100 incidental deposit because they said we smoked in the room but we are not smokers and absolutely did not smoke in the room! They never called to tell me I wasn't getting out deposit back. I only noticed because I was checking my credit card statement. This makes me wonder if the whole place is a SCAM!

Outside looked good. Inside very dated. Not super clean. Had little bugs in the bathroom. Highlight is the location which was close to everything we wanted to cover in Orlando.

Staff was nice. Good Location to the Parks. Room was ok for my needs but could use updates and some repairs. No security cameras in the parking lot outside. Park is free. If you were looking you could find signs of past guest from things on the counter tops and floors and in the shower. The AC worked good and the Breakfast was basic with waffles, bread, juice, milk, but no fruit 2 out of my 3 days visiting. Based on price I would return to this hotel but for those who want to pay more I'm sure you could find another hotel in better condition nearby.

O serviço de transfer não funciona. O quarto tem um cheiro estranho, não sei se é mofo. Pedimos para trocar e o outro no segundo andar estava um pouco melhor.
