The gates to Disney are only 3 miles from this beautifully updated 3-bedroom townhome! Open concept living on the main level gives this home a light, airy feel. Bold colors and tasteful decor throughout this townhome is cozy and welcoming. The main floor features a large, fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals, and a breakfast bar to serve it up buffet style or have a seat for a quick snack. The sofa in the living room folds out allowing this home to comfortably sleep 8 people. A large multi exit series of doors open up to the private lanai, with a hot tub dining table/chairs and a set of loungers for you to relax. We offer a stackable washer/dryer for your personal use. The primary bedroom features a king bed and full ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a second full bath for the three bedrooms, and a half bath on the main level. A fiber optics WIFI system provides optimal speeds for your streaming or work needs.

A starter kit of essentials is provided, giving you the chance to settle in, unpack and relax without worry of kitchen or bath needs for a day or two.

Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment.

Regal Oaks is a true hidden gem. It's central location and close proximity to Walt Disney World make this resort the perfect choice for many area attractions. Only 2.5 miles outside the gates of Disney, 1.5 blocks to HWY 192 and all the shops/restaurants the area has to offer, you are sure to enjoy your time here. We are ideally located right next door to the world famous "Old Town" and Kissimmee's Fun Spot for the days that you just want to stay close to home and have a light day of activities for the family.

Minimum booking age is 25
A government-issued photo ID is required to be supplied upon booking. Check-in instructions will not be issued until this is fulfilled and will be verified upon arrival.

Our home is licensed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people. If false information is given and we determine more than 8 people are in our home, the reservation becomes null and void and is subject to cancellation and removal with no refund.
We have a strict check in/out policy, unless authorized in writing, anyone violating these times will be charged $50 per hour from your deposit. Failure to abide by these policies may result in removal.

There is no smoking in or within 10 feet of any doors or windows. No illegal drugs.

We require a $1 security deposit hold that will be released the day after check-out.
