NOT A HOUSE WITH THREE KING SIZE BED

We extremely regret our choice in choosing this RVBO property. We were a party of 3 adult couples with our 5 children and looked for a house that MUST have 3 bedrooms with king size bed. Although this property description includes 3 bedrooms with king size beds, it has only two, the third one having a QUEEN SIZE bed (60 in. wide). And disgusting enough, property management ARGUED with us stating that bed is a true king size, so we had to measure it!!! Really dishonest.

As advertised but not that close to Disney

Description was accurate. Host was responsive get frig fix the same day it broke. I missed the distance to theme parks was in miles not minutes as futher away then i wanted. Carpet and furniture was well worn and few holes in the walls behind doors. It also had distracting lables for not smoking etc.. If you were going for justvthe house it was a giod option but i would opt for something close if you are seeing theme parks on your vacation.

Good bang for your buck

The house overall was prefect for our group. It was close enough to the theme parks, which was the exact reason for our trip. Beds were all comfy and bathrooms were clean. We loved the bathroom outside near the pool so we didn’t have to go in and out of the house often. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make meals while on vacation. Although we had no children with us this trip, we appreciated the extra efforts for child proof doors, and pool fence. Despite the few cons listed below, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others! Pride was fair and reasonable for the home.Cons:-living room couch could use an update-not a single pair of kitchen scissors-beach chairs were not available as listed-game room had a funky smell-trash can and recycling were completely full when we got there for our Wed-Sun reservation leaving us no space for our own trash. -we were left with one roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 14 person 5 day reservation. -although the host arranged for an exterminator immediately upon notification, there is an ongoing ANT issue in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. Ants were in our suitcases and all over the counters and sinks.

It was overall at great place to stay for a big family. They really need a new cleaning crew. We found candy stuck to the towels, the dishes were not clean, and there were not extra sheets or towels. But we did not let that stop us from having a great time.

Nice large home for a family

We really enjoyed the layout of this property as it worked perfectly for our family. Our kids never wanted to leave the pool. The outside pool bathroom was a cool feature.. there is a jacuzzi tub, but it’s not hot unless you want to pay 50/day for warm water which was not listed before booking. This property had essentials needed for a quick stay- we were able to make food on property or run out to pick up something quick. Public’s and Starbucks is within 5 minutes away. This property overall could use a good deep clean- some TLC. Decorations falling off Star Wars room walls, a green substance growing on the pool room ceiling/posts, air vents covered in dust. Some fresh paint and replace the dorm room couch in the living room. The game room hockey table in inoperable with a light plastic puck and the pool table has a rip in the lining and no chalk for poolsticks. New batteries in tv remotes, salt and Pepper packets for cooking to go along with the coffee bar condiments. Overall the property felt safe and worked for what we needed as a quick stay but for the nightly price, it’s time for a refresh.

The villa is in a lovely location backing onto grassland and woodland so the pool area is very private. The villa is well equipped but is let down by a few things that would be easy to remedy, the first being it needs a deep clean especially the carpets, some of the patio furniture has seen better days and needs replacing, and the bed linen needs renewing. Overall we had a great holiday and found the manager is quick to respond to any issues we had.

The home is beautiful. Our only thing we found troublesome was there was no lights on outside and the front door is actually on the side. So it was to dark to see anything when we arrived. Not a huge problem but it was the only thing that would have made the stay better. The pool and game room were fun. The decorations are very nice. Couch comfy. Thermostat set to 72 but we were able to set it where we like. Host was very nice and responsive

We had three couples staying here while our son's played baseball. It was nice having three en-suites that were in different areas of the house. The pool was great. The neighborhood was quiet and great for a morning walk. Starbucks is within walking distance. I would definitely rent this property again if we're back in the area.

Great Rental House

Our stay was really good. The kitchen had all the appliances you needed. We only had one concern, the master bedroom upstairs needs a new mattress. Our hostess was awesome and answered us right away. Would definitely stay there again.
