Modern spacious home with private pool and spa

Modern 6BD/6BTH home that sleeps 12 with private pool, game room, theater projector screen, and access to a beautiful community clubhouse/lazy river (for an additional fee). The home is located just 12 miles from Disney. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, well furnished kitchen, beach accessories, TVs and beyond to ensure an at home feel. The pool is surrounded by mature landscaping to ensure added privacy with a bathroom steps from the pool. Access to a grill and pool/spa heat at an additional cost.
The space
This large 2 story, 6 bedroom private home is located in Solterra Resort, a vacation home resort with a guarded gate, clubhouse, water slide and lazy river.

Swimming Pool
You will have access to not only the clubhouse pool but a private pool and spa (heated for an additional fee- send inquiry for pricing). This pool does have a pool fence installed for safety.
*Please Note* When pool/spa heat is requested by the guest on a reservation, the heater is turned on 24 hours prior to the guest check in date and runs for approximately 8 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and shut off in the evening. The pool temperature when heating is on ranges between 74 and 84 degrees depending on the outdoor weather. During cooler months the purchase of pool/spa heat can only be guaranteed to reach 10 degrees warmer than the coolest daily ambient temperature . Please provide 48 hours notice for pool/spa heat services you wish you have during your stay

Living Area
Enjoy access to two living areas that include sectional sofas, flat screen TVs as well as a projector with surround sound.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer and microwave. You'll have access to coffee makers, various bakeware, flatware, utensils and dinnerware.

Game Room
Enjoy a private game room located in the garage which includes a seating area, a pool table as well as a foosball table.

1 bedroom with a bunk bed We supply a starter pack of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soaps, laundry soaps, and paper towel as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bar soap with the intent of getting you started. We do not have a large supply of these items in the home for guests as we cannot accurately determine a suitable amount that satisfies all guest sizes and durations of stay. Given that it can be humid we do not stock spices as they tend to be unfavorable after being stored for lengths of time. The HOA allows for only 5 vehicles per home.

What an enjoyable home! Plenty of room to spread out. Brent was a wonderful host and very prompt on answering any questions.

No gas, no cooking, no hot bath

The house itself was nice however the issues we had were not acceptable. The house runs off of gas, that means the hot water heater and the stove. Our first night we had no gas and therefore we could not take a hot shower nor cook. We contacted the owner and he could not get the issue resolved that night. He called the gas company the next morning and they had turned the gas off to replace a valve. They had no idea of when they could come to turn it back on. Therefore we had to spend extra money for food because we still could not cook for breakfast. Mind you we had purchased groceries for the entire weekend. The gas was restored around 11:30am that day. We mentioned to the owner that we should have received some type of discount for our stay given the issues we faced that were of no fault of our own. But none was given or even considered. He only asked if we wanted to cancel. He also offered the grill but that could not resolve all of our cooking issues. We had driven 4 hours and had 3 excited kids that were looking forward to that weekend. Cancelling was not an option. We even asked to be moved to a different rental property but none were available. Things of this nature should be checked prior to any guests moving in.

Great location

The house was as shown. We enjoyed our time together there. House was clean and ready for our arrival. We relaxed and slept well. Only suggestion is ventilation for cooking not good the need for ceiling fans would add to that

College Softball Stay

House was very clean and great spot for a stay. We were in the area for a college softball week. Location was perfect, close to ORL airport and the softball facilities. Beds, furniture and pool area all very comfy. Very modern
