* Pets are not permitted.
* Smoking is prohibited inside the property. A $250 fine will apply
if smoking occurs indoors. Smoking is allowed in designated
external areas such as the balcony and pool area.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heater must be requested 48 hours in advance; it is only
available if heating the entire pool, which will not exceed 95°F.
The spa is not a jacuzzi and does not have jets.
* The pool heater may not function in cold weather conditions, and no
refunds will be issued if the desired temperature is not reached.
* BBQ rental is available as an optional service.

Housekeeping

* No daily housekeeping service is included. Mid-stay cleaning can be
arranged for an additional fee.
* Complimentary supplies are provided until guests can purchase their
own.

Trash Disposal

* Guests are expected to observe trash collection schedules and use
the resort dumpster for daily disposal to maintain cleanliness.

Online Purchases

* USPS does not deliver to this vacation home; only UPS, DHL, and
FedEx will deliver packages. Delivery issues may arise, and
responsibility for online purchases is not assumed.
