With 5 king bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a set of bunk beds and 1 twin bed , 1 room with a set of bunk beds , can sleep up to 20 guests. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax after a day out or just to stay in and take it easy. Each room has a different feel so all guests should be equally happy with their room. The dining room and living area offers plenty of space to congregate and enjoy meals together, and the bright and airy kitchen has all the appliances that you would expect in your own home. (There is also a full-size washer and dryer). The Mansion also has a game room and home theater area. This home will bring all the excitement of Orlando to you, and have the entire group talking about your trip for months to come.

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
