This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa offers families the enjoyment of a spacious private pool area with complimentary heated hot tub! Located in the prestigious resort-style community of Champions Gate where our guests receive access to the resort's Oasis and Retreat clubs. For the golfer at heart 2 18 hole courses are available within the community.
Our modern style home has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can sleep up to 10 people and offers each member of the family a space of their own. The kitchen, dining, and living area is a spacious open-plan concept allowing your family to spend quality time in multiple areas. The home is fully air-conditioned with a spacious family living area with seating for 5 a flat-screen TV and a window that overlooks the pool. With a bonus living room on the 2nd floor with seating for 6 and a flat-screen TV for when the family canât decide what to watch!
Our kitchen has a breakfast bar area that seats 4 and a fully equipped kitchen consisting of a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, large fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table seating 8 for family meals before and after a fun-packed day at the parks or the resort's family-friendly pools and splash pads.
There are 5 bedrooms: Downstairs we have a queen size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs; We have the master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite, a queen size bed with en-suite which also has a door making it accessible from the 2nd floor living room. Both children's Mickey and Minnie Mouse bedrooms have twin sized beds. 1 full bathroom upstairs and one half bathroom downstairs.
Enjoy soaking up some Florida sun on our pool deck, or take some time relax in our hot tub after a refreshing dip in the pool. For the family that plays together check out our games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball and basketball games.
Our home is not suitable for events or parties.
We have strict Homeowner Association rules regarding noise and we appreciate all guests that accommodate these so that any neighboring guests can enjoy their stay.
We only allow two cars in front of our property as there are parking spaces for 2.
Our quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Our support team is always on hand for guests. We provide excellent customer service ensuring that you are our priority. We carry out maintenance and repairs conscientiously and diligently ensuring repair work is resolved as quickly as possible and we keep everyone informed of the progress.

It is important to remember that the pool heaters will not heat the pool to bath temperature but will take the chill off the water. The pool heating generally makes the water warm enough to comfortably swim, but not hot. During the cooler months of the year the pool may still feel âfreshâ but not icy cold.
