This 4 bedroom/3 bath home is family friendly. We equipped it with everything we would want in our own home, only better! The center of our villa is an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and kitchen table seating another 4. Adjacent is the formal dining room seating 6 people. Large L-shaped leather sofa with recliners with flat screen TV for watching the next game! Remote controlled LED accent lighting allows you to add your own flair to your living space. The master bedroom has a lovely en-suite bathroom. The queen bedroom has it's own bath that also may be accessed from the pool. The twin bedrooms are Disney themed. One is Mickey and Minnie, the other is Pirates. The heated (extra charge) pool and hot tub are south-facing, so you get a good amount of sun. The games room has a top notch pool table and table football for all ages to enjoy during the holiday. The spa has a separate control so it gets hot really quick. BBQ is available at an additional fee Some Disney fireworks are viewed from the front yard.

We enjoyed the house and most everything was good. Biggest beef was that property manager did not respond to phone text messages at all. Mail box was terminally full and no answers to texts...fire him or get someone who cares. Never heard from him. Hosts communicated but need to do better with their management of house. Pool never got cleaned. Water was replenished but bottom of pool was dirty and never brushed properly...big turn off. All shower heads need to be either replaced or bleached...black mold. Master bathroom left sink needs trap cleaned. Barely drained. Just being honest hope host pays attention to our comments. All other house amenities were fine.

Perfect Florida Getaway

We loved this home! Perfect for our 3 week stay with friends and our dog. This home is in a quiet, gated neighborhood and is close to the parks and shopping. Plenty of options to eat out or to just stay and dine in. The pool was refreshing on the hot sunny days and after a visit to the parks. We did have internet connection issues due to the equipment failing but it was resolved by the property manager within a day. We worked a few days while we stayed so the internet being back up so quickly was huge! The PM was very nice and polite. My only complaint is that the sofa was uncomfortable and made TV time a challenge but we made due. Our pup loved the outdoor space as much as we did! Good chance we will stay here again!

Great vacation rental to escape the cold in Ohio

This was a great property if you want to be in the Disney area. The kitchen had the best pots, pans, etc of all the rentals we have stayed at over the years. It was clean and spacious. The outdoor area was very enjoyable and had enough room when friends and family stopped by. We would stay here again.

Nice place

Nice house in a gated community. Clean, nice pool and hot tub. Some of the rules like no shoes in the house are a little strict. The owner needs to purchase a factory TV remote for the JVC living room TV because you cannot use the inputs to watch a movie play their PlayStation or game system you bring yourself with the universal spectrum remote provided. Also the distance it’s much longer to Disney than described. With the traffic we incurred on a daily basis it’s about 45 minutes and it’s about a hour to international drive. Besides those things, it’s a great property.

disappointing

From the time we stepped foot in the house till the day we left there was non stop problems. I thought the house was clean but on closer inspection saw that it was not from the bugs and dirt on the carpet to the dirty dishes in the cabinet that were put back dirty, to the filth behind the master bathroom toilet. The swans you see in the pictures, were nowhere to be found , which was just a symbol of the housekeepers doing their job, so i guess that means they didn't .I was afraid to sleep under the sheets because it seemed the sheets were not even changed. There were no washcloths in the whole house and we had to wait 3 days to get a decent amount. After looking at some of the past reviews some had the same experiences. The house is badly in need of maintenance since just a few of the listed issues was what we had to deal with. No light fixture in one of the bathrooms with wires hanging out, The shower door would not close, my husband had to fix the sink drain , replace the a.c filter which was rattling and needed to be replaced months ago. There were lights flickering in the house in 4 different places, the master bathroom door wouldn't close or lock. The list goes on with the maintenance and cleanliness issues. The property manager only fixed some of the problems and didn't properly change the sheets, I was done asking for help after that. I could go on and on, take what you want from my experience. If we could have got a refund and found a place we would have been gone.

Amazing Stay ! Highly recommended

Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The house was perfect, very clean! It’s very accommodated to all of anyone’s everyday needs. Location was amazing, beautiful private gated community, 30min drive to the airport, 20mins to the parks . Property manager was super professional. An incident came up and she took care of it within 30 mins . I highly recommend this place! Trust me you won’t be disappointed

Great house and location

This was a great house but the first night we was without air(89 degrees inside). The management company sent someone out quickly and they provided fans for the night. The next morning a tech was there to fix it. There was a few items, like master shower door doesn't close, whoever cleans need to check between the sections of the sectional because it was dirty. We found a shirt and a pair of socks between the sections of the couch. All in all it was a great house, neighborhood was extremely quiet and it was the 4th of July week. You can watch fireworks from the front yard, that was amazing.

2nd trip

Second year at the same location for our Disney trip. Everything was great. We stayed for 10 days, 2 days before our leave date the neighboring house across from the pool decided to bring a DJ booth, strobe lights, along with 20+people and play their music until after midnight. There’s a quiet time, DTP is real. We contacted the property manager who was exceptional and helpful, also had to contact the sheriffs because the house would not put into consideration others in the area well past the POSTED QUIET TIME. We love the house and the location but that group made for a very stressful night with children. May be vacation but always be considerate of others and their vacation fun too. Our only complaint was the neighbors, as long as you get a good vacay neighbor then you should be able to have a quite retreat away. :)

Overall the house is gorgeous and in a great community close to attractions. When we pulled up the manager was there finishing up around the property. The manager did say the washer was out and he would have it fixed quickly. Well that never happened the washer needed replaced and it wasn’t during our stay. One of the main reasons I chose the property was to have access to a washer on-site as we came for 12 nights and drove from Michigan with 7 of us. We packed light with anticipation of washing our laundry on site as well as our pool towels. Unfortunately I had to go to the laundromat multiple times during our stay to keep our towels laundered so they didn’t start smelling from using them often. I did reach out to the manager as well as texted him and there was no reply. Very upsetting as it took time out of our planned activities to do so. The home is nice but needs to be cleaned more thoroughly. Word of advice if your renting wash the dishes when you get there as they are disgusting and the cook wear is not the best and there is not much of it. There was also no toilet tissue or paper towels and really nothing to use as stated in the description. I did come down to check out different areas as my family plans on moving to Florida at the beginning of next year and the traffic in that area is not bad at all so that was nice. This is a beautiful home and very quiet neighborhood.

Very pleased with property, good location. Close to all amenities required by our group. Property manager was helpful for a few things but failed to deliver rental unit manual to us after two phone calls. The manual is the bible for renters so all the workings of the house are explained as well as the wishes of the home owner regarding their expectations of renters. Clean and comfortable home for a family

The house was clean and tidy and in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our family of 5 to spread out and have their own room during our week stay in the Orlando area. An important side note: if staying during colder months, there is no 'hot' tub, it is a pool with a spa connected and only heats to 80 degrees. I don't think hot tubs are a thing in Florida :)

Family vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation and visited the Disney Parks and Universal. John and Kathy were very responsive and answered all questions promptly. As did the property managers during our stay. The property was perfect for our family. It was as described and fit our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was nice.
