This place was very average. I stayed as a guest. I had to sweep twice when I got in the room. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. They don't give extra complementary blanks and sheets The power went out during a thunderstorms The best restaurant on the property is not open everyday (Dos Amigos) Tv selection is not good at all. The water park / pool is nice. Rooms are big. The property looks nice Nice recreational spaces

this isn't my first time here but this trip was scheduled around our family visiting out of state. my stay wasn't as bad as my family who stayed here as well. the rooms definitely need renovations. we brought our dogs but no dog areas near where we were roomed. we were on one of the top floors with dogs which made it inconvenient to bring them outside. our family had a bigger renovated room then had an ac ceiling leak. moved to another room that had bed bugs. although staff were professional, cleanliness of the rooms and placement with pet owners a priority.
