The pools weren’t the best. Way too hot. And none of the pool bars were open like they should have been. Mini golf was in full sun. Should have some shade for some of it.

this isn't my first time here but this trip was scheduled around our family visiting out of state. my stay wasn't as bad as my family who stayed here as well. the rooms definitely need renovations. we brought our dogs but no dog areas near where we were roomed. we were on one of the top floors with dogs which made it inconvenient to bring them outside. our family had a bigger renovated room then had an ac ceiling leak. moved to another room that had bed bugs. although staff were professional, cleanliness of the rooms and placement with pet owners a priority.

I like the place the only thing i dont like is that you spend money to stay you gotta pay extra for the waterpark it should be included with the stay thats the only thing I don't like everything else is was fun for my kids and wife

When checking in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was okay, we are a hot shower kind of family, and the water was warm at best. The water park is very overpriced, and we did not have a good time. My daughter (6) was either too big for the water slides or too small. It was very frustrating, and the staff were rude about it, so we just left. The staff around the property were not very accommodating, would not give us clean towels after leaving the dirty ones outside (good thing we had our own), they would yell to each other in the halls, even in the early morning. We checked out a day early to just get some rest and take a nice hot shower.
