Staff told my ride to the hotel he would be trespassed because my daughter left her iPad in his car. Then we were told a ride on the golf cart to the room from the hotel lobby would be 10 min wait. We my 3 kids and I waited 20 then I text the staff on the number and was told it would be an additional 35 mins so we walked and our room was not close to the main entrance area. Then when we visited the waterpark onsite we learned admission is not included in paying for the room. $25 per person regardless if you are participating or just being a spectator while your kids swim. Thankfully the one nice person was running the admission gate and he kindly let us in because there was only 2 hours left. We asked for a blanket because the pull out couch did not have one and it took them over an hour, talking to a supervisor is a joke. He will have you on speaker with his staff laughing in the background. We were only there one night. Do not recommend!

There was no blanket and linen for the pull out sofa. We called and waited for 2 hours still no blanket. The shower and tub was disgustingly dirty. The floors were sticky and the room balcony had spiderwebs. Will never stay at Westgate again.

First off the front desk needs retraining they gave us the completly incorrect room. Second the correct room the ceiling leaked. Third room was not properly cleaned the pull out sofa had visible crumbs and the ac unit was inoperable. The final upgraded room was extremely excellent.

I checked in on August 29th about 7pm every thing was ok until August 30th we woke up with water from the AC on the floor I call front desk and was told they will send someone to fixed it after 2 hours of waiting I called a second time again was told someone will come someone showed up after 3 hours he said he fixed it so I went out and came back in the middle of the night it went out again I had no ac and had to wait till morning I checked out on August and call and told them again so I had no AC during my stay it was terrible
