Rooms were clean, main facility, and location good. very poor maintenance the first room we received. There was no way to lock outer slider door on balcony look like it’s been pride and Jimmy from the outside. Looks like it’s been that way a long time. The one elevator got stuck in for five minutes so I took the stairwell could not enter. The first level door was jammed stuck had to go to lower level parking garage to find a way back up front desk very rarely answered the phone second room we received the front door locked 50% of the time had to install a chair and luggage in front of the door while we sleptTv was unplugged when we got to the room the refrigerator made a sound like a rattlesnake all night hotel staff and made service excellent management front desk very poor. I was very disappointed in the Hilton name and will think twice next time. to check all reviews for Hilton stays in the future.

It’s a decent choice if you expect nothing special. Rooms have refrigerators (of varying size, as we found out - our first room smelled horrible ). There’s no microwave, no shelves, no dressers, etc. Nowhere to put anything! We avoided the pool because we saw a flock of seagulls (not the 80s band) doing their thing in it the first afternoon we were there! The pool is filthy as a result!

Staff was friendly. No hot breakfast which was a bummer. Room was big bathroom was small but adequate. Tub had some peeling. Room had a small smell of dog. Definitely get a ocean front room! Pool was also NOT heated. Sunsets were beautiful!

Hotel was a little worse than I expected. Location was wonderful, close to everything, but I would not stay here again. It was a motel, not a hotel, breakfast was not good at all and I was woken up at 7-8am by the fire alarm. If you’re just looking to rest your head and leave, then it’s okay. But if you’re looking for good amenities, it has none.

The front desk staff were not friendly, had attitudes, and did not care about 26+ years of top-level Hilton Honor status. The property was not up to Hilton standards. Room smelled like body odor, toilet had plumbing issues, requiring two engineering, and several other dirty and broken issues.
