Lovely room perfect for winding down and relaxing after a busy day traveling. For a Japanese hotel room there was also plenty of room. Really nice lobby to hangout in downstairs with a solid luggage storage facility for pre/post check out. The staff were helpful and communicated well with us and our limited japanese.

Room was nice. Some of the fixtures and furnishings were bilingual. Staff was awkward to deal with. Cleaning staff only started cleaning late in the afternoon, so don't go out and come back till after 4pm if you want your room cleaned. Breakfast at the restaurant was okay, kinda like Golden Coral or Shoneys. Okay overall, maybe not worth the price.

A seriously great stsy in the heart of Osaka. Rooms are on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower room was amazing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the downstairs complimentary tea, coffee and drinks is a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again.

It’s a nice hotel and it’s located in a convenient location. Subway station is about 5 minutes away, and you will not go hungry nor thirsty because there are tons of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel facilities and the rooms are clean and well maintained. They have a storage room where you can store your luggages if you’re too early for check in or if you have a later flight after checkout. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back again!

I loved this hotel. Comfortable, clean and friendly . Great location for a 20 minute walk to shopping and food. Local cafes very close were good. Feedback for the hotel is that a chair in the room with a back would help for people with back issues, or allow eating of dinner in the lounge area. Overall our family of four loved our stay .
