This custom home was designed for resort-style living to be in perfect harmony with its surroundings with walls of glass which blend the line between inside and outdoor living. Featuring over 4500 sq. ft. of grand living space, high ceilings with timeless elegant finishes. Enjoy entertaining on all scales with the open floor plan allowing you to enjoy the stunning views. This one level expansive home has travertine stone flooring throughout, multiple living/entertaining areas, and a private backyard with pool, spa and views! The well-appointed kitchen is centrally located with vaulted ceilings, Viking appliances and a detached island with bar height seating that opens to the casual dining area and large living and family rooms. Entertaining is made easy - with an indoor formal dining room and outdoor dining, and cozy fire pit, adjacent to the Jacuzzi spa & pool. Even though weather was cool, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub almost every day because they were heated to comfortably warm/hot temps. The house was well equipped with paper goods, garbage bags, soaps and even shampoo, and the owners provided lots of pool towels. Kitchen was fabulous, and we stayed during a time when the fruit trees were producing. While we had to drive to get to most places, the neighborhood isn’t that far from Indian Canyons (a beautiful place to visit), and there are a couple of local trails to walk to from the house. And drives to shopping and local restaurants were usually under 10 minutes.

Gorgeous home in a quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here over Christmas and New Years, and it couldn’t have been a more ideal place to spend the holidays. The house is immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were clean, well-kept, and the perfect temperature. Dan and Sue were excellent hosts, and had thought of so many things we could need over our stay. They even decorated for Christmas for us! Plenty of space for 10 people to have a relaxing vacation. The house is also walking distance to two great trails, and a quick ride away from Palm Canyon. What an amazing house, and wonderful stay!

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, hosted by wonderful people. We loved our stay, and appreciated Dan and Sue’s attention to every detail, from the extensively stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and luxurious bath towels. Sue had even set the dining table for our Thanksgiving feast! We have stayed in several different property rentals in Palm Springs, and my family decided this home was by far our favorite!

Perfect house!

We hosted our daughter’s wedding at our home and wanted our Spanish family to stay nearby. This house couldn’t have been more perfect. When the family arrived after a long journey they were completely amazed. Other than being beautifully decorated and immaculate the owners provided the guests with every possible need. For them it was a classic Palm Springs experience! I could not have been more pleased with our choice. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect Vacation

Stunning and private resort experience

Our family of nine (ages 18 mos. to 74 yrs.) had a much needed week together after a too-long separation due to the pandemic. We couldn't have asked for a better haven. While we took advantage of the trails, Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs proper, we were mostly content to stay in this beautiful, spacious, perfectly equipped home with multiple spaces for gathering and multiple spaces for privacy. The outdoors is simply stunning and so private. The gorgeous mountains, the palms, the landscaping, the pool, the lounge spaces, the spa, the fire pit, the table for al fresco dining.... a resort experience, but with absolute peace and quiet. Sue and Dan were great communicators and welcomed us so warmly. It was VERY hard to leave but we left with great memories made possible by this wonderful home.

Very comfortable, well-supplied home

Three generations of our family (8 people in total) stayed in this beautiful home for a week in early August 2021. We were met by the owners, Sue and Dan, upon our arrival, and they gave us an excellent orientation to the home's features. The home was very well stocked with extensive kitchen supplies, multiple kinds of coffee makers, towels, toiletries, basically everything one needs to get settled in. Sue and Dan also provided a very nice welcome gift basket including some snacks, drinks and lotions. The house itself is very comfortable. It is all on one level, which is convenient. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two have a jack-and-jill bathroom, and one bedroom has hallway access to a bathroom. The beds are very comfortable, and there is a multitude of pillows. available. The house has kind of two vibes. The area of the house near the pool, including the kitchen and family room is very large, open and comfortable. We spent most of our time in this area and out by the pool. The dining room and living room, which are adjacent to the family room, are decorated very formally, like out of Architectural Digest. The pool is large, well-stocked with floaties, and very pleasant to swim in. It was hard to get our grandchildren to leave the pool. The deck surrounding the pool was very comfortable also, with multiple comfortable sitting and reclining options. The yard also has a barbecue grill, which we made use of. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which is nice, and the house itself is very private. Stores, shops, and downtown are just a 10-12 minute drive away. We were also pleased to find a Tesla charger in the garage, which was very handy for us. We drove to Palm Springs from the SF Bay Area in our Tesla Model 3, our first long-distance trip in the car. Knowing we could recharge in the garage was very reassuring. All in all, Sue and Dan's house made for a very relaxing stay for our family. The owners seemed very attentive to making sure all of our needs would be met. We recommend this house very highly.

Great family oriented home!

The house was great. Very spacious and lots of sitting area. The furnishings of the home was nice. Pool temp was perfect and great size for the kiddos to enjoy. ADA compatible bathrooms. Home owners were very welcoming upon arrival, and left a great gift basket with wine. Lots of kitchen appliances at your disposal t o use. The only down side is outside can be very slippery when coming out of the pool. The tile is slippery when wet which might make someone fall. Proceed with caution when outside. The dryer tends to not completely dry clothes all the way hot. Needs several more time on the dryer to dry clothes completely. Overall, great experience. Will visit again.

As we expected - top-notch, beautiful, and relaxing oasis

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the homeowners; kind, friendly and warm. They took the time to show us the house and make us feel at home. Sue thought of everything; the furnishings and amenities are lacking nothing. Location wise, the house is walking distance to trail heads, 5 minutes to a grocery store, and just 10 minutes to downtown. We highly recommend this house. From the gas fire pit to the pool to the super comfortable beds to the espresso machine with provided beans, this place is a home away from home, for sure!

Beautiful Home In Great A Neighborhood

The home inside and out is absolutely beautiful. It is well stocked with everything you need. The linens, mattresses and decor are luxurious. The hosts are helpful and thought of everything to make our stay very pleasant.

Relaxing Oasis

Absolutely loved the neighborhood! Close to hiking trails and downtown. The house and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space for 2 families. The hosts, Dan and Sue, were delightful! Couldn’t have been happier with our experience! We will definitely go back for a future vacation!

Desert Paradise

What a perfect week! Sue and Dan met us at check in and gave us a detailed introduction to the property. They also had a lovely gift basket waiting for us with wine, snacks, and other goodies. We spent the week with my sister’s family so we had a total of 9 people and 3 dogs. The house fit all of us with room to spread out. We barely left the property. The backyard is truly a paradise. The kids had a blast in the pool. The adults spent hours in the jacuzzi with cocktails in hand. I loved floating on the bright yellow raft staring up at the palm trees and gorgeous snow topped mountains. We had lovely walks and hikes with the dogs right from the property with no need to get in a car. The one day we ventured out was to have a girls shopping day in downtown Palm Springs which was super convenient. Nights were lovely too. We relaxed by the fire pit, took a night swim, grilled delicious meals on the BBQ. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The house is so beautifully decorated with every amenity. We didn’t want to leave! Thanks Sue and Dan!

A Wonderful Place

A wonderful home. I would highly recommend it. Sue and Dan are responsive and detail oriented hosts. I have stayed at a number of large homes with many moving parts over the years. Usually there are small inconveniences ( a drain not working or something similar). Not at this home. Impeccable attention to detail. Everything worked perfectly. From the remote for the hot tub to the nicest espresso machine (full of beans of course) I've ever used. Additionally the place is very well stocked with necessities. Plus, the location is good for golf and hiking and close enough to downtown and top notch restaurants.

Excellent Luxury Palm Springs Home

Sue and Dan were excellent hosts. They have thought of everything you could possibly need or want in their lovely luxury Palm Springs home. Sue and Dan went above and beyond. When we told them we were bringing a one year old they bought a full sized crib and set it up for our grandson- this really made our trip because he was super comfortable and able to keep his routine. A lovely gift basket and a bottle of wine greeted us. Our family had a wonderful two weeks - enjoying the views, the pool and hot tub, the well stocked kitchen, the nearby hikes and all the space in this large open floor plan. We especially liked the privacy and secluded feeling in the back yard. I have rented many many homes over the last 20 years and this house was by far the best stocked. It felt like they thought of everything a visitor could need- down to robes and slippers in every bedroom. I'm so happy that we chose this house over several we were looking at. Since this is Covid times, we cooked all our meals in the super duper kitchen and spent most of our time at the house. We didn't need to be super close to downtown as we may have wanted to during another time. It was very easy to get to town, less than 5 minutes and we really loved being so close to so many wonderful hikes. The neighborhood was very nice and the views out of every area of the home are spectacular. Anytime we visit Palm Springs in the future--this is our place!
