- Couple's Suite: King bed, connected outdoor patio, 47" smart TV, and plenty of closet space. Shares a bathroom with the bunk room.
- Bunk Room: Double bed plus single bunk, 36" smart TV, and ample closet space perfect for the little ones. Shares a bathroom with the couple's suite.

The house is approximately a 10-minute drive from the airport. While some guests have noted occasional airplane noise, most find it to be a minor concern and not disruptive to their stay. It's something to consider as you plan your visit.

The neighborhood is Desert Park Estates which is a residential area, about 8-10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs or the airport. Please note : this home and the hundreds of homes around this neighborhood is in the flight path of the Airport. On certain days, flights will be heard landing and taking off from the airport.

Getting Around:
Parking is pretty easy as well as Uber/Lyft

Other Things to Note:
1. Dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $150 per dog per stay.
2. Guest count must be accurate, as pricing varies based on the number of guests.
3. The City of Palm Springs requires : Submitting ID, Signed Renter's Agreement and the responsible guest must be at least 25 years of age.
4. No smoking anything inside the house
5. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
6. This home, along with the hundreds others around this area, are in the flight path of the Palm Springs Airport. On certain days, you will hear flights taking off and landing.
7. Please remove shoes in the house. Shoes are V unsanitary. Thank you.
