Very nice building with swimming pool on the roof top, the roof top offers beautiful view of the city. The 7 eleven store located on the 4th floor is so convenient for guests. We also enjoyed the “public bath” facility on the 3rd floor, it was a good experience of local culture. "

"All the staff --from check in staff, concierge, welcomers, bellmen, administrative, strawberry tea service staff, to guest assistance staff--were extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The bell and guest assistance staff went out of their way to help me with a river cruise, and packing and sending a box on to my next hotel. I appreciated getting the Japanese Times every morning. I enjoyed the tea lunch. The location very close to Osaka Castle and park, and 2 subway stations is convenient.
