The apartment is very nice and well equipped. The immediate area around the entrance is a little sketchy but nice cafes, restaurants and shops are only a block away. It nicely located near Gare du Nord and Gare de L’Est. Check-instructions were accurate but we did have a bit of difficulty finding locks and buttons to open doors. Key box is slightly hard to use but we figured it out. We did have one significant problem during our stay. The WiFi and television were not working when we arrived. We contacted the host immediately after discovering it. After 5 emails back and forth, I reached out to VRBO customer service as WiFi was needed on our stay. After two sessions with VRBO office and several communications between us and the host, the issue was never resolved. Access to WiFi was one of the amenities listed in the apartment and a big part of why we chose it. Not having it severely hampered our trip planning and communications.
