We have stayed at this residence before and were blown away. We decided to book again for my husbands 60th Birthday and this time brought friends. Whilst the views were breathtaking and better than the view we had before as it was on a higher floor this is where the excitement ended. The flat was a little rundown in decor and furniture, one friend said there were hairs on the wall of their ensuite from previous visitors. We decided to pay extra to get the Penthouse for better views and for the fourth bedroom so we could all have a room however the layout was a carbon copy of lower floors and it was not a fourth bedroom it was a sofa bed in a room between the kitchen and living/diner. This was what we thought we upgrading from so were very disappointed. We received an email from the company about a week before asking if the was any recommendations for our stay or if we needed anything - thinking we were getting the full Penthouse experience. Waited for a response but nothing came. We told them in advance it was a special birthday and often places leave a complementary bottle of something. We had two bottles of water, teas, coffees, sugar and three UHT sachets - for 8 people. Not the penthouse experience we thought we would get. I would not recommend this Penthouse apartment as the price difference between this and other apartments is not worth it, however I would recommend the cheaper apartments.

This hotel by far has the best view of the Eiffel Tower. We were just steps away! The floor to ceiling windows were amazing. Plenty of room and everything was nice and clean. Friendly staff as well and within walking distance to shops, cafes, the river and of course the tower. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to love this stay. Location, Eiffel view, space, authenticity, staff- all wonderful. Unfortunately, the floors transmit every sound and I didn’t sleep all week. I tried sleeping pills and ear plugs. I was so exhausted at the end, I was too tired to leave the room.

They upgraded us, there was plenty of room, place was super clean and everything we needed was available! Lovely place with eiffel tower views and close by to restaurants, super markets and cafes. Staff was very kind and courteous too. Highly recommended for families.

Spacious ground floor apartment perfectly located 2 mins walk to Eiffel Tower and easy 6 mins walk to no. 30 bus or 12 mins to Tube. Very convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The room was clean, quiet and we always had help if we had any questions. They went above and beyond for us and our kids. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and so helpful and made us feel right at home and so comfortable with her care and hospitality. Close walking to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, stores, grocery and more! We would definitely stay again.

The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning! The staff was helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be near the Eiffel Tower and the Siene. Lots of restaurants around and the Musée d’Orsay.

Lovely weeklong stay at the end of August

The location could not be better, and we were grateful to have a view of the Eiffel Tower glimmering at night. Boulangerie and grocery stores were within a short walk, as were many eateries. It's a safe neighborhood and secure building. Walk to the metro within 10 minutes. The building is handsome and well-maintained, with an elevator. The space retains original architectural details, which adds so much character compared to bland modern buildings. We were fortunate to have AC in the apartment, which was spacious, clean and comfortable for the family. The kitchen was functional, with a range/oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. This unit also included a washer and dryer, but we found that the dryer wasn't working 100%. The visitors upstairs had small children who liked running around at night, and so, with little soundproofing, we did have a fair bit of noise when trying to sleep. I would definitely stay there again, especially when traveling with family.
