Stunning beach house. Quiet, wooded location at the end of dead end street on the bay. Very quiet. Year round views of Great South Bay. Large Colonial with entry hall, formal living room, sitting room, six burner gas stove, central air condition, cable, wifi, stainless steel fridge, stainless steel dishwasher, and lots of kitchen appliances like cuisinart, microwave, coffee maker, grinder, blender, etc... Large deck with furniture and gas BBQ, Laundry room washer and dryer with full bathroom downstairs complete the first floor. Upstairs has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Very tastefully decorated, and lots or art and photographs on the walls. Entire house is flooded with tons of natural light coming off of the Great South Bay. Hot water outdoor shower. Stroll through backyard path that leads to a sandy bay beach. Drop the two person kayak into tidal pond for a relaxing paddle or take a swim in the bay.
