Check your beds!! This is by far the worst room we have ever ended up with. The blankets had huge yellow urine stains, mold stains and hair all over them. The pillow cases had small burn holes after the ride attendant expressing that we'd be charged a $250 fee for cleaning if the room was smoked in. Within 10 mins we went to the office to get a refund for the 4 night stay and was told it was impossible without management being there so now I have to drive back and get them to refund over $400. After an 1.5 hour drive to return and speak to management we received a refund and after a week it has still not been returned to my credit card A truly horrible experience.
