Breath of Heaven- 1BR Litchfield Condo sleeps 6

Charming Summerhouse 1BD/1BA condo at Litchfield by the Sea. 2 comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Granite countertops and dishwasher in the kitchen. This corner unit is tucked away and situated along the pond. Truly a cozy beach cottage retreat! Stroll 1/2mile to the beach on paved sidewalks or drive and park right at the beach. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features!

There are card payment laundry facilities in the building on the 1st floor near the elevator.

*Please note our cancellation policy below. If you choose to cancel, processing fees will be applied.
*PLEASE read the rental agreement before signing. We strive to have each property working in perfect order, however, we can not guarantee that each appliance, a/c, wifi and/or cable will continue to work properly. Once reported, we will make every reasonable effort to assist with repairs in a timely manner. We can not assist with all non-emergencies after business hours, but will promptly respond the next day.
*We strongly encourage travel insurance for rentals during the Hurricane season time frame- June 1st- November 30th. During this timeframe we ONLY refund cancellations if there is a state of emergency ordinance for our area or a mandatory evacuation. For cancellations due to weather conditions, we strive to work with you to reschedule your stay.
*Pools are managed by the HOA. HOA determines the pool hours of operation. We are not responsible for the temporary closure of the pools due to repairs.

We had a wonderful experience. It was our first time staying in Litchfield by the Sea even though we have visited Pawleys several times! The condo was small but perfect for my husband and me. The location is great, very close to the shops and the restaurants that we enjoy. We also really enjoyed our walks around the property and the beautiful beach is certainly a plus. We will be back!

Cozy, comfortable stay, nicely decorated

Condo is on 3rd floor so elevator and rolling luggage carts are helpful. End unit is nice place to be. Mattresses are a bit soft and we would prefer king bed. Sheets are soft but a bit worn. Most amenities on property are closed for remodeling (I think) but there are lots of places to walk. The beach would be easy to walk to with a wagon, but you can also drive and park and it’s beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning with coffee listening to and watching the birds in the trees right there. (Turn a/c off to hear better) Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great, except for the weather but we were happy just to chill. The studio apartment was very cozy, warm and just the space we needed. I would highly recommend it. It is in the center of Pawleys Island and plenty of places to eat and shop. We loved it!

Nice little place at Litchfield by the Sea

We've stayed a few times at Litchfield by The Sea "pre-Covid." However, the costs charged by Litchfield have now gone way beyond our budget. Booking through VRBO, however, definitely has saved me money and made it affordable! This particular unit was really nice, and being on the end of the building was a great location. We will definitely come again if it works out for our plans.

Great Rental

Rented a condo through VRBO from Hammock Coast Life. It was a last minute booking (18 hours) and their team did a fantastic job jumping through several hoops to make sure the property was ready. Upon arrival we had a small problem with entry code, but they were quick and responsive on rectifying the problem. Even came out on a weekend to fix the issue. Condo was clean and fresh, and property was quiet and relaxed. Kudos to Ann for making sure everything was in order! Will definitely use them again!
