The newly renovated home features newly 3BR, 1.5 Bath with a fully functional kitchen. You'll enjoy the beautiful sunrise views and open access to the outdoor firepit. Local amenities include Elk Neck State park, North East or restaurants, and Perryville Casino. We welcome you to join the relaxing experience in our home!

Beautiful views, fully functional kitchen, and relaxing living space make this the ideal place for a relaxing vacation or remote work environment. With all the amenities you need on property or a short 10-15 minute drive, we hope this is a place you can recharge!

Loved our stay!

We loved staying at this property. The house was fully updated and stocked with all of the amenities you could ever imagine. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the sunroom and deck were so fun to use. Would definitely recommend for a getaway vacation!

The house was well furnished and had lots of amenities. It was clean and great for two couples. We especially enjoyed the four chairs looking out over the bay. The sunroom was a nice place to read and play games. We loved seeing the sun rise over the water and also saw some eagles. A great getaway and a nice place to stay

The house and view are stunning. We were visiting for baseball but the down time on the water was so much fun for my kids and so relaxing for the rest of us. We were so happy we decided to extend our stay Tyler was very accommodating. We will book again if we have another tournament in town.

Beautiful Bayside Getaway

We had a delightful three-day weekend kayaking, swimming, playing on the giant raft and generally relaxing. The house was just right for us and our college age kids. The views are fantastic and the water was the perfect temperature to swim for hours. We hope to return next summer.

We loved this Vrbo home

My friends and I loved this lovely wonderful house by the bay. At night we would have a fire and then later we laid down in the yard and watched the meteor shower. It had everything you need. Swimming or kayaking all weekend long. Thank you for a great vacation weekend.

Stylish waterfront home

This is a very comfortable home with a beautiful waterfront location. The space has great design and is well appointed with everything you might need. It has a private feel. The kayaks were a big plus. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the birds. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Beautiful stay on the bay!

This property was beautiful! Myself and a few friends used this house as a getaway for a weekend, and we ended up abandoning most of our plans just to hang around the house on the porches for the weekend. Water access and the use of house kayaks was a nice touch, but we didn't end up using them. By the time we checked out (and thanks for the late checkout offer!), we were already talking about booking this house again next year.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We all absolutely loved the style of this house, so much attention to detail with the decor and furniture, and very clean. I’m an adult who slept in a bunk bed and it was more comfortable than many other twin beds I’ve encountered in my travels. The water was warm and shallow and we had a great time floating around and kayaking- this host providing floats and kayaks is such a rare and wonderful perk! We also really enjoyed watching the Bald Eagles and ospreys. Great place all around!

On the Waters Edge!

The house was fantastic. A large storm went through the area.The entire area lost power. We called Tyler the property manager to notify him of the outage. He was extremely responsive and kept us informed with updates on the power outage. Power was restored in a few hours. No real impact to our visit. We will definitely be back to spend a few more days here.

Beautiful home and water views!

We had a fabulous time and want you to come and decorate all of our homes! Just beautiful! The only suggestion is maybe swap out that thermostat for a simpler one. We spent way too much time fussing with that. Thank-you for everything!!! We’ll be back!!

Home away from home

A quiet location hidden away. This home has been meticulously updated and is beautiful! The owner was very thoughtful to provide many comfort items and extras that could be needed while staying in their home. Plenty of space both indoors and out with privacy. The sunroom and deck were a favorite. We felt like it was our home away from home. The beds were very comfortable along with the pillows/comforters. The outdoor shower was a wonderful addition to rinse off in after swimming and the one full shower/bath and a half bath with sink/toilet accommodated us nicely. You can tell this home is loved! Thank you for your thoughtfulness in the amenities provided to make this a wonderful stay.
