The house has 3 bedrooms, one suite and two other bedrooms, one single and one double, two bathrooms being one of the suite and another social that meets the other two bedrooms. Living room, full kitchen, yard and garage. The condominium has swimming pool, barbecue, tennis court and sauna. Can be used by guests. I make annual lease. The condominium is in a very green area. Has tarred access to the door.
