While the property does have adjacent parking, its clearance was only 6'3", suburbans are 6'8". We had a high floor it was quiet and comfortable. They are currently remodeling so some of the amenities were alternately located but still available.

Second stay at this property. What we like are the location in Center City near Rittenhouse Square, rooms are nice and clean and the parking garage is a major draw so we can park our car and leave it during our stay. Would like to have more coffee supplies in room and, as an older person, I gotta say the toilet is so incredibly low it hurts my knees .

It rained during my visit, while on the top floor there was a bad leak from the window. The front desk was gracious enough to offer a better room. Other than the leak hiccup, very good hotel and location.

We stayed overnight to see a show at the Kimmel Center. Very short walk. Everyone on the staff was very pleasant. They offered ( and we accepted) delicious, warm cookies upon our arrival. Nice touch!

Having the cleaning staff knock my door at 8:30-9-9:30 and 10 is super annoying. I told them to stop. They spoke Spanish and i could hear them talking about trying to get me to go so they could finish their floor. The room was so crappy you can hear the conversations of the ones next door. NEVER AGAIN

Overall the staff were wonderful and the location is excellent. There were numerous maintenance and cleanliness issues though. We had two switch rooms because our first bathtub was dirty and rusting. The second room shower did not drain properly and the shower curtían was dirty as was one of the towels.
