5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths With Heated Pool/spa Within Minutes Of The Goodyear Ballpark

Our 1818 sq. ft 5 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom Home is a spacious open concept kitchen/dining/great room area.
The Master bedroom (complete with 32 inch TV) is huge with king bed and ensuite, 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. Two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom and and the fourth bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is also a bunkbed room that has a unique queen over queen bunkbed that is sturdy enough to sleep adults.

The kitchen is a chef's dream with a built in dishwasher, microwave, oven and 5 burner gas range. The fridge freezer is a side by side with ice and water dispenser. All appliances are stainless steel. The solid wood cupboards are enhanced by granite countertops, and there is a dry bar area that is perfect for entertaining. After staying at several other VRBO's, I have to say my kitchen is stocked better than any other we have experienced, as far as dishes, glasses, pot/pans, small appliances, spices, condiments, etc.

In the living area you will enjoy several very comfortable recliners, that are perfect for viewing the 55 inch screen TV that has unlimited sports and movie channels.

Outdoors you will find a covered patio with a barbeque and several seating areas. with tables for outdoor dining. You can also take a swim in your private lap pool or enjoy a cool one in the hot tub, overlooking the secluded green space.

My family had an amazing time at this house. We loved the pool and hot tub. We were in it every day. The house has a great kitchen, lots of bed rooms and a sweet queen bunk room. They house location is near a lot of stores and restaurants, and has easy access to the freeway. The hosts are also great. They were always quick to respond and very helpful.

My friends and I had a very enjoyable time at this home. There are plenty of places to sleep, the layout is nice, it was clean and well equipped. The kitchen is nice, well stocked, and has quality, modern appliances. The location is nice and convenient to west side spring training ballparks. We had three couples in our group and the house was perfect for our needs. Everyone mentioned how comfortable it felt to stay there. The kitchen was well stocked, probably the best of any house we have rented. The property definitely met or exceeded our expectations. When I found this property on HomeAway, I fell in love with the pictures of the pool, spa, and patio! This was exactly what we were looking for... a private area where we could relax and enjoy ourselves. Having neighbors on only one side of the property plus a great view of the green area behind the property were huge factors in making it easy to relax. It was an absolute delight communicating with Brenda from the start of the process through the end. We could not be happier with our decision to stay here and would recommend it highly!

Sweet spot!

First of all, what made it special was how nice and accommodating the owners were. They really wanted us to enjoy their place and we did. The place was exactly as pictured. We were in town for baseball and it was so convenient for the fields in Peoria and Surprise. We loved the experience in every way. Having a nice home to come back to or take breaks between games, being able to cook, have frozen Gatorade for the boys etc was so easy. The owners put a lot of good thought into cooking utensils etc and we had everything we needed. We easily could have fit a couple more teenage boys. The lap pool was really pleasant. Couldn’t have been happier 😊

Part of our baseball team (6 guys and a wife) stayed at this property for 1 week. We loved the location as it is very close to the freeway (I-10), shopping, food and banks; more importantly, the house is in a quiet neighborhood. All of us loved the great room, the kitchen-dining area-living room are all in one large room making it easy to cook, eat and watch tv with everybody. The TV in the living room is probably 60 inches and provides a perfect picture. The beds are comfortable and reasonably sized. We found the house to be very comfortable especially with 7 people staying at the property. Brenda, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. She was quick to respond to my calls and was available for questions while we stayed at the property. This property is a great value. Our team was quite happy with our stay and would stay at this property again.
