You can hear everything happening in the hallways. Our room was next to the ice machine so we just heard the endless use of the ice machine all day and all night. Might be better if the ice machine was behind a closed door. The hotel room we were in was nice, but it needs some maintenance done. Shower and sink drains need to be unclogged or something because they were draining extremely slow. The brightness on the television screen was very dark and hard to see what we were trying to watch. There was no way to fix the brightness, we had turn off all the lights and close the shades to see anything on the screen. We enjoyed the abundance of parking in front of the hotel. It’s conveniently located near tons of restaurants and shopping.

Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was big, and clean, however the duvet smelled like it hadn’t been washed. The coffee bar wasn’t properly stocked. The AC felt cold in the room, but it was a little warm where the bed was. There was a van load of Jr high kids running up and down the hall and room above us. I called the front desk the said they would go up there. It was not quite until after midnight. I believe it would solve noise problems if large parties were put on the 1st floor. Overall the hotel seemed clean, comfortable and safe. 2nd stay.
