The sofa had a hole in it and it was reported to the manager. When I returned later in the day from work there was no room service I left and went and got a room at another hotel and I will never return nor recommend to anyone

Our stay was otherwise unremarkable in all the expected ways, but I will never stay here again due to items being taken from our room. A very nice pair of Chelsea boots disappeared after housekeeping serviced the room. I had only two pairs of shoes with me—dress heels and the boots. We left in the morning and returned in the late afternoon to find the boots completely gone. We searched everywhere. I reported the issue immediately to the front desk, asking if they may have been accidentally scooped up with the towels. After considerable discussion, the manager called after checkout and credited us $50. While I did pay approximately that amount, it was a deeply discounted value compared to the same boots now selling for $179. Clearly, someone else recognized they were very nice boots. I am extremely disappointed in this experience and am very glad we took our computer and headphones with us every time we left the room. This experience has completely changed my expectations for future travel as I no longer trust my belongings to be safe in my absence. Certainly not at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Mesa Arizona.
