I booked the last King bed room available as indicated on the Expedia website. At check in I was told they have no King Bed rooms available. I also requested a non smoking room. The front desk said they had a queen room non smoking available. When I walked into my room I got hit with the smell ok smoke right away. When I called the front desk I was told that’s all they had available and couldn’t offer me anything for the inconvenience. Since I booked this room from your website I hope that you can refund my money as my whole stay was disappointing.

Floors were dirty, toilet seat broken, blood on the pillow. Just felt really dirty and it felt very unsafe. We wouldn’t have stayed there if we weren’t so tired. The price was outrageous for what we got!
