Our host, Sherman was fantastic! There was an internet issue upon our arrival and he was quick to get it resolved. He also gave us golf course recommendations. The condo was clean, well decorated, well stocked and a great location to access bike paths, Olde Town Scottsdale, Fashion Square Mall and golf courses. We will be back!

First Trip to AZ

This one bedroom/one bathroom condominium was perfect for our first trip to AZ. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we wanted: nice comfortable king sized bed, a 65 inch smart tv in the living area and another smart tv in the bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a nice dining area adjacent with a table for 4. There was a comfortable reclining chair and sofa in the living area with sliding doors leading to a small balcony with a table and chairs where we enjoyed morning coffee. Bathroom was great with a nice walk in shower. Our host Sherman provided a great guide to the property and the local area. He was very responsive before, during and after our stay. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

Little slice of Scottsdale heaven

Great little property in quiet condo community with car port. Condo has everything you need and is walkable to Fashion Square Mall. Old Town Scottsdale is about a 5 min drive, 20 minutes to McDowell Preserve and 40 to Superstition Mountain (we love to hike). Sherman was an excellent host! We would stay here again.

We were in AZ for our sons graduation, spent a week in this location, very nice area with easy access to shops, the ASU Tempe campus and lots of entertainment option. Would stay again in the future. Lovely week spent in Scottsdale at the Camelback House condo

We chose to stay at the lovely condo this year because we stayed there last year and were so impressed with everything about the condo, the entire upkeep of the complex, the beautiful pool area, the way Sherman had stocked the cupboards and drawers with every possible essential we could ever need. The key code made it simple to come and go and this year we used the immaculate laundry facility on the ground level and it was another great addition to the wonderful week's stay. We love the walkability location to Old Town and the quietness of the complex overall. Sherman is an excellent host and was available when we couldn't locate something he was willing to drive right over to help out!! We give this VRBO an A+ and definitely plan on returning next year. We do not hesitate to recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in Scottsdale in a quiet, well maintained, beautifully decorated one bedroom condo with walkability to Old Town.

First, the photos and previous reviews of the unit are truthful -- it has been charmingly and comfortably updated, with excellent use of the small space so that it feels cozy, not cramped. The complex itself looks dated when you drive in; however, the grounds are nicely kept and clean and the common areas look to be newly furnished. Many of the units show great pride of ownership and I'd describe it as a development in transition. It was also amazingly, surprisingly QUIET for spring in the desert. In a layout like this, one resident turning on speakers on their patio could ruin it for everyone -- but nobody did. Finally, there's Sherman. When we got to the unit bearing milk for our morning coffee, we saw that the Keurig cabinet was all but bare. We figured we should have thought of that. But no, there on my phone with the light blinking was Sherman telling us that housekeeping had alerted him and he'd be bringing by a box of coffee and soap for the shower. He left a welcoming, homemade guide book on the table -- and, we appreciated, did NOT have a long list of things to do before departing. He doesn't really need another five-star review, so, I vote to give him six. Thanks for being an exemplary host.

First Time to Scottsdale

We had a very good stay at this condo. Nice place at a reasonable price. The only fault was incomplete cleaning of the area rug under the coffee table. Looked like the vacuum wasn’t picking up well. Other than that, A-ok. We would stay again.

Great nice decorated condo in great location

I traveled with my husband for business and we enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location walkable to old town and fashion Square is right across the street.Bery comfortable And clean except I think they forgot to vacuum the area rug in the living room 
it probably needs replaced 
but otherwise neat and clean and would definitely stay here again!
