Luxury and entertainment abounds in this dream vacation home. Pool, hot tub, billiards table, putting green and beds you will just melt in after a long day of activities. NO Parties, NO Events and NO Smoking on property. NO pets. Smoking or vaping will result in an automatic $500 fine and subject to additional cleaning fees. Any events, family gatherings, smoking or vaping will result in an automatic $500 fine. Maximum occupancy is 8 as set by the City of Mesa.
Must be 25 years or older to book.

The space
Amazing location! Close to Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Chandler, and Phoenix have to offer.
Only a few minutes away from the freeway (60 Hwy & 202 Hwy).

The pool is heated in the winter and NO FEE to heat. Why pay to heat someone's pool? You're on vacation! This is available November to May.
This pool like many in AZ filter by spilling water from the hot tub to the pool. If you want us to switch to the hot tub, just reach out on the app and we can have the hot tub nice and toasty in about 30 minutes.
And the cleaning is on us. NO FEE for cleaning! Just make sure you keep it tidy.

Please take into consideration that the pool is not fenced. We do have a self closing patio door with safety latch. Please keep your eyes on children. When booking this property, you agree to the following: GUESTS SWIM IN POOL AND HOT TUB AT THEIR OWN RISK AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY.

We spent 5 days at Donovan's place and had a great time. The house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to major highways. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool was refreshing during the hot afternoon sun. The house is beautiful and we would love to return some day for a longer stay!

My husband and I stayed here in March with our daughter, her husband and our 3 grandchildren for our grandson’s baseball tournament. The house and property were spotless and the kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great! We loved the theater seating and pool table. We will definitely stay here again!The pool and beautiful backyard was the best!!! It made for a relaxing stay. Communication with the host and concierge was great. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall a great experience! From the host, to the location, and of course the property itself. It had everything you needed and more. House was very well kept, with everything new and in good working order. We had a 4 adults and 2 kids and absolutely loved it. Highly recomended!

The house and grounds were amazing. I'm not even sure the photos on VRBO (which are great) do it justice! My family enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi, mornings and evenings around the backyard fire feature, the putting green, the pool table, the captains chairs and movies, ..... Everything!! The house had all of the amenities you could need, was incredibly clean, and the beds super comfortable. And Don was an incredible host! We are already planning our return trip!

Great location. Park nearby so if you have kids, easy walk. Property did not provide any pool toys, so again - if you have kids either be prepared to buy or bring your own. Umbrellas for pool were also not provided like shown in the picture. If you wanted to use the hot tub, you needed to text the property manager every time.Very spacious and clean.
