4BR Sleeps 12•Arcade•Fire Patio

1,600 square feet of freshly remodeled space. This is my biggest home, and I set it up for groups of up to 12 who want to hang out together, not just sleep.

THE ARCADE
A real retro Pac-Man arcade cabinet loaded with over 10 classic games sits right off the dining area. Tournament brackets encouraged.

LIVING ROOM
Open and bright, with a big sectional that fits the whole crew and a large smart TV on the wall. It`s one of 5 TVs in the house, so nobody fights over the remote.

CHEF`S KITCHEN
Granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything you need to cook the first night without a grocery run: a big fridge with water and ice in the door, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker with starter coffee on me, a full knife block, spice rack, pots and pans, plus dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and mugs for the whole house. There`s a breakfast bar with stools and a dining table that seats 6.

THE PATIO (the guest favorite)
Your own private walled patio set up like an outdoor living room. A propane fire table ringed by Adirondack chairs, an OUTDOOR smart TV for game day under the stars, a BBQ grill, and a dartboard. The community`s resort pool is a short walk from your door.

Everything was wonderful including the welcome basket and bottle of wine. The place was clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms great. Only thing is when you stand up by the corner of the table, be careful that you don’t hit your head on the staircase. We had an absolutely wonderful experience here and would definitely come back.

There were four of us who stayed in your home. We were very pleased with the property. We loved the spaciousness and felt it was clean. One observation is that when I was given the code to enter the property, we didn't understand how to use the lock and it took mulitple tries to figure out you need to press the home buttton first, then the code, wait for the green light then enter. Maybe it was just us that didn't know how to do it. Also there were no instructions how to use the fire pit. I hope you feel we left the property clean; we tried to clean up after ourselves.

We arrived in the early evening to this easy to find townhome and were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely outdoor entertaining area greeting us. After unloading, we were able to enjoy sunset and the weather while seated outside. The temperature being set prior to our arrival was much appreciated, as were the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We would suggest mugs or cups for hot/warm beverages, as well as a few more extra linens. If you need a comfortable, conveniently located space to stay in Scottsdale, this was perfect for our short trip, and may be great for yours.

We stayed here because it was fall break and every other place was outrageously priced. It suited our needs well for the one night stay that we needed. We stayed with 9 people total. It is in an older section of Scottsdale, so the surrounding buildings are older, but the host did a great job of updating this place to make it feel cozy and inviting. If you are looking for the newer sections of Scottsdale, this is in old town Scottsdale, so it has a mix of old and new. This area is definitely much safer comparatively to the older, sketchy sections you would find in the city of Phoenix. Some things to note: The bedrooms are all upstairs. There is an upper guest bathroom, a master bedroom bath room, and one half bath downstairs. The living room and dining/kitchen are downstairs. All bedrooms and living room have their own TV's except the upper bedroom with bunk beds. You get two covered parking spots, which was nice for us since it was raining. If you want to sleep on the couch it is doable, but you may need to bring bedding as it is not a hideaway sofa. There is a gas fireplace and dart board on the small back porch. Our kids enjoyed the darts.
