The home was nice and clean they had pretty much everything you needed communication was great the host even allowed us to get a late check out witch was amazing and so helpful to us only thing that was a little disappointing is the pool was dirty had a bunch of dirt or somthing at the bottom of the pool and the little cleaner for the pool wasn’t working the jacuzzi didn’t work for us neither we tried multiple times to get the pool cleaner and jacuzzi to work the bathroom in the hallways was vary pretty but the water stays really hot even when u put it cold witch could be bad if a child was to get in there but other then that it was a great stay and I would still rent it again so thank you to the host for the great hospitality.

Great location, great communication

Chris was very nice and communicated well. Property was cute and served its purpose. Beds were comfortable. House adequately stocked. Pool was NOT heated, which we weren’t aware of, but it worked fine. Hot tub could have used a good cleaning (lots of dirt at the bottom) but worked well. Dishwasher did not clean dishes well so we had to hand wash everything. All these things were not deal breakers, but nice to be aware of beforehand.

Great location, and great communication

This place was very nice place for a bachelor party. The house was very clean, had a poker table and nice size pool in the backyard. Also had a nice cornhole set. About a 10 minute ride from all of the bars
 we had our friend Omar drive us back and forth to the bars on a pumped out golf cart. 10/10

Perfect rental for bachelorette party

This rental was perfect! We loved the pool, there was plenty of space and the place had so many things we didn’t know we needed (a pump to blow up balloons, pump for floatys, left over decorations, etc). The manager allowed us to check in early and check out late and was extremely responsive. Highly recommend! Would stay again for another girls trip!

Great Experience

Family vacation

The location of the property was great. The house was great for our family trip. My two recommendations are: a lock on the door to the pool. My 15 month old nephew could open the door and there is no gate around the pool. Also, some of the keypads did not always work.

Great location for in home entertainment or Old Town access

This house was definitely an amazing choice for a group celebrating a birthday or a bachelor/bachelorette party. This property itself can fit a lot of people and has all the things you need to set it up as party central. If you're not into staying in, almost everything in Scottsdale is less than a 10 minute drive! Communication with the property owners was quick and they were willing to work with us on a early check in. Would 100% recommend to anyone going to Scottsdale!

Decent stay, but disappointed by broken hot tub

This was a very well-stocked VRBO, and we were happy with the location. We booked - and were willing to pay a premium - primarily for the yard and were therefore disappointed by our stay. The pool is NOT heated (which wasn't clear to me from the listing) and it wasn't "pool weather," but we counted on being able to use the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't working. While the owner was responsive to our messages, the hot tub wasn't fixed and therefore wasn't available for our use during a 5-night stay. No concession was made by the owner, and we are left feeling like we overpaid for an adequate VRBO with no usable pool or hot tub. (The hot tub also appears to be a known/repeat issue as it was referenced in a September review...)

Great for our Bach Weekend!

Overall great stay! If you think the pictures are good, it’s better in person! There were a few minor things that would make our stay even better like a fridge that dispenses water and info about making the rain shower work, but we had such a fun time and the facility was great!

Stay near old town Scottsdale

The pool was amazing and perfect for our group of people, there was also a bunch of pool floaties around to use. The space was large and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a baby and there was even a baby booster chair for us to use (albeit a little dirty and old) The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there, which was a bit unfortunate, but we only realized on the last night so didn’t ask to get it fixed for us. The host was quick at responding and very kind. Great stay, should stay again :)
