Very few homes in the Phoenix area are on a hill. Driving up to this elevated property you will pass the golf course as you approach the base of Red Mountain. This property is Beautiful!!
Soaring 10 foot high flat ceilings and natural wood doors and an open floorplan give this property a rich and elegant appeal.
Close to really great restaurants and hiking, biking trails and the Salt River for all kinds of recreation!
This is a split 3 bedroom 2 bathroom.
The sleeping arrangement is 2 King size beds, 1 Queen size bed.
It is 1600 sqft single level
Mountain and city light views, private rear yard. Free WiFi, Free Wireless Internet
This gorgeous community is located on elevated ground at the base of a mountain which is rare in the Phoenix area.

This home is located in Red Mountain Ranch which is a master planned community in NE Mesa just off the 202 freeway. Located across from Red Mountain Ranch Country Club. (A semi-private Golf Course, there are public tee times) It features all of the amenities of a country club with an award winning golf course, country club with restaurant and bar, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts, junior Olympic pool and spa. The country club is open to the public so you have the option to join. There are various levels of membership. The best short term option is a Pickleball Family Membership...$125 sign up plus $88/month. Member must be present with family or guests. It Includes access to tennis and pickle ball courts as well as the junior Olympic 75 foot heated lap pool and spa. Other memberships are available; you can find details on the Red Mountain Ranch Country Club website.

In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis.

Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am (no one is allowed outside front or back during this time)
Groups of all adults under 50 years old MAY not be accepted.
Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted.
Primary guests under 40 years old MAY not be accepted.
Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted.
Guests booking under someone else's account MAY not be accepted.
Guests paying with someone else's card MAY not be accepted.
No parking on the driveway or street parking at all times. The two car garage is available and overflow parking is located just outside the gate within a very short walk.
There is a limit of 6 people (adults and children combined) allowed at the community pool.
No events allowed like birthday parties, wedding dinners, reunions etc.
Mid stay cleanings are required on all reservations over 15 days in order to lessen the volume of cleaning required at check out.
Additional visitors are limited. Guests staying and visitors cannot exceed 8 adults at any time.

Great location, good layout, nice patio, well maintained property
negative ratings for bath/showers
main bathroom had tub with jets but HIGH side that was VERY difficult to enter/exit and no handles/supports
dangerous. Second bath/tub was more accessible but shower flow could be improved
valve at faucet allowed too much water to flow into tub when showering
there were handles to help enter/exiting. This is in a small gated community which can make entry/key usage a little tricky.

Convenient condo unit in small gated complex steps away from Red Rock Ranch Country Club. The unit is adjacent to the street but in a quiet location. We enjoyed the walled-in backyard space for outdoor dining and relaxing.

The home was absolutely brilliant in every way. It was spacious and quiet. We used the laundry machine once which was really helpful. We only cooked in one evening but the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Thanks for a lovely stay and we will hook again for our next trip.

WI visitors!

We came here to work remote for a week to explore the valley as a potential place to relocate. The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed. We had a small hiccup with the washing machine but the maintenance man came right away. Very nice people, great/timely communication & a beautiful place to stay. If you visit, get out and walk the neighborhood - so many friendly peopel. We'll definitely be back to visit. And this property is 30mins to most outlying places in the valley.

Perfect Southwestern Getaway

We booked this place because we wanted to stay in a home that was nice but also had decor that gave an air of the Southwest. We were going to have friends with us from other states and wanted the place to feel true to the location. Not only was the place eaxctly like the pictures, but the check-in process and communication with the host was super smooth.We really felt at home here and would absolutely recommend it or stay there again should the opportunity arise!

Our favorite stay

My husband and I loved the house and property! The property was right in the golf course and very quiet. It was so close to eating places and the 202 to get around. The house had everything you would need in cooking supplies. We loved the lay out of the house and enjoyed the backyard so much! The landscaping and all the birds singing in the trees were wonderful. So clean!! We will definitely stay there again !

The title says it all! It is very close to the 202 giving you the ability to get anywhere in the Phoenix area with ease. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again.

Host was easy to communicate with and our stay was comfortable. We needed a convenient location to stay for the week leading up to my son’s wedding in Az. We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town to visit family and enjoy some nice weather. The floorplan of the house was so nice and open and we had plenty of room for our kids and my MIL. The pool was really cold so we didn't use it much but it was pretty. We definitely would stay again
