I want to give a big shout out to all of staff at Hilton Resort! We arrived early so we asked if we could check in early which they had no problem with. Our room...OH MY GOSH....our room was not what we expected seriously! It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (full size), kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 closets, full washer & dryer, and outside sitting area. Full size stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, coffee maker. The staff messaged us (not in an annoying way) daily just to check on us. If we needed anything they were right there to fix something or answer questions. The property is beautiful. The pools are spotless along with everything else on the property.

The grounds itself are good for the two times we’ve stayed, but the first time we had ants in our kitchen and the second time there was a left over sock, a dental floss pick on the bathroom floor, spilled coffee grounds next to the trash can in the kitchen, and one of the pool towels in the room had something on it and it was rolled back up for use, but clearly not clean. The bed and pillows were great and the pool is good, but both times, we felt the cleanliness could use some attention.
