This is the one!!!
Absolutely gorgeous 4 bed 2 bath that sleeps 18 comfortably.

Backyard is an entertainers dream. Has a beautiful sparkling pool with an amazing waterfall rock feature. BBQ and firepit. Huge patio with plenty of sitting area. Fans and speakers. pool can be heated for a daily or weekly fee.

Smart TVs in ALL the bedrooms and (2) 65" tvs in the living room and game room.
Cox Gigablast High speed internet and wifi.
Game room with PlayStation 1 2 and 3, Xbox One. An Arcade with 10,000 games to choose from.
Amazing pool table.
Smart TVs have all the apps including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney Plus. HBO Max.
Super high end Kitchen appliances for all your cooking or baking needs. All cooking supplies included.
Free parking inside the garage.
RO water system.

Theres a Movie theater, Mall and tons of excellent restaurants within a mile.

You will have the entire place to yourself. Excluding 2 locked cleaning supply closets. I do require photo ID after booking. You can send a picture through the messaging app here. Once confirmed I will send over instructions to access the property. I will issue a code to our front door right before arrival. **there are 4 cameras on the Exterior of the property.**

We will not be available in person. Guests can contact us at any time through here. We live close by and can assist if need be. We also have a maintenance crew if any repair is needed on the spot.

***PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOME*** It costs us $750 to have a professional company come out to clean the home. You will be responsible for this amount if you do.

It was just as the listing said and more. Family really enjoyed the pool and the spacious house. Host went above and beyond when we left all my daughter's graduation flowers and we got them back. Highly recommend.

Easy valley gem

We loved the property. It was just perfect for our family. House was well stocked and clean. Location is close to the 202 and the 60, so easy to get around. Had all the amenities we needed! I would recommend this property to anyone for a great getaway.

Awesome House, Awesome Host!

Sydney our host is awesome and was able to accommodate my family by letting us enter the property prior to the 4pm deadline. She assisted and was available as needed.The property is beautiful and clean. The process for our stay was simple and the directions easy to understand. My family loved the house. Several things to do including, tv watching, video games, pool table, and arcade style games. We would have enjoyed the swimming pool had it not been too cold.I have nothing negative to say about the house or the host and would gladly stay here again!Thanks Sydney for allowing us to stay in your amazing property.

False Description, Filth and Fraud!

As a family, we all rent VRBOs and we don’t typically leave bad reviews as I am accustomed to the description of a VRBO matching reality, but this was a special experience and our disappointment has followed us all home. The house was not clean. Scum on everything from doors to was was clearly from months of neglect. The black dust coating bedroom ceiling fans burned our eyes when turned on. Baseboards and nightstands were covered in dust, hair and side tables had packets of Purell, maybe in an effort to help us disinfect from environment. Towels were musty, cheerio like scent, similar to the scent of laundry room. After removing sheets and pillow cases the condition of the mattresses was disgusting with stains. The pool was filthy. We had to call the owner and described the brownish green color of the pool and the sad, trickling waterfall that seemed to be on its last leg. There was also bird poop splattered and hardened all over the patio. The owner apologized and did send someone over to “clean” the pool. By this time, we had to got ot the wedding, however the next day, there was no improvement. Pool table, a plus on the booking, as we all play and own a billiards table. Felt was old and worn, bumpers were hard, no tips on cue sticks or chalk provided. Master bath tub has no water connection. To add insult to this already dismal experience, I received an email from Generali stating owner made a claim of $2980. We are stunned as this is a shock to us and our guests.

Great accommodation for large group

Sydney was a great host who was very responsive and communicated issues in a very timely manner. She was very accommodating to our group and the house perfect for our needs. Neighborhood was very pleasant and the pool was the highlight of the trip for our kids and the Arizona hot weather. Highly recommend!

Family visit

Didn’t get code to house until landed in AZ but after that it was great. House was big enough for us all. Host answered any questions that I had and home was equipped with everything. Will definitely pick this home again for a stay. Wasn’t really far from a lot of places. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Over nice

Only thing I recommend is don’t use the garage because the garage door doesn’t shut unless they get it fixed but the place was nice and clean. Also they need to get the front screen door handle little sticky, but very much enjoyed the place.
