Spacious 5 Bedroom Home with Pool & Huge Yard

This spacious home is located in Gilbert next room a beautiful golf course across the street. Not only is there a local grocery store and a few restaurants just 1 min from the home. But the home has a large pool and an open floor plan downstairs. Making it a perfect space for large families or large groups of friends. There is also a heated community pool, lake for fishing and large grass areas and play structures all within walking distance in the neighborhood during your stay.

Large kitchen provides a great space for cooking and having the whole family together for meals.

The pool has a fence around it if your worried about your small children being outside. We always recommend being outside with your children to ensure their safety around water and to make sure the pool fence stays locked while not in use.

Outdoor trampoline is great to keep kids busy while prepping meals.

Located just 8min from the San Tan 202 freeway entrance making it quick to travel to Tempe, Phoenix and Scottsdale.

Inflatable paddle boards and two kids kayaks are available if you want to paddle the Salt River located just 40min away.

San Tan Mountain is a 15min drive which offers beautiful hiking and beginner Mountain Biking trails.
