A well-stocked Keurig, microwave, and fridge loaded with bottled drinking water and soft-drink choices await your arrival. You will have a private entrance, a work desk, plates, silverware and cups, air conditioning/ heating, a walk-in shower, blow-drier, hi-speed internet, 40" smart TV with over 200 free channels

Spacious as described

We stayed one night. It was comfortable and both bedroom and bathroom are spacious. Well stocked with drinks. There’s a dedicated parking space even though there’s street parking. The only thing is that the bedroom door doesn’t lock.

Close to Cubs Sloan Park!

Great location - got there in less than 10 minutes from the Sloan Stadium. The only take way was the fact that our door did not lock. There was a code on the outside door but not one on the actual bedroom door. No problems but just a suggestion perhaps, for security.

College Visit and Baseball Trip

Everything was as described. Chris was a great host and very communicative. We were looking for a place to stay in the Mesa area that was budget-friendly and close to some spring training sites and downtown Phoenix. Super close to the freeway which was convenient for our trip. The amenities were fairly basic so if you require something super modern or fluffy oversized towels this may not be for you. The refrigerator with soda and bottled water were a huge plus.

Simple bed and breakfast perfect for my needs. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious. Although I didn’t take advantage of breakfast, there were plenty of cold beverages and a selection of coffee and teas.
