Important Notes:
Air Conditioning: To keep the A/C in perfect working order, please set the thermostat to no lower than 72°F. This helps avoid freezing coils, which can cause the system to malfunction.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we ask that you follow a few simple guidelines:
No pets or smoking are allowed on the property.
Please respect quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 PM.
No parties or events are allowed.
Please ensure the condo is locked when you leave to keep your belongings safe.

Fees:
Lost remote control: $100 fee.
Smoking fine: $250.
Late check-out: $50 per hour after 11 AM.
Additional guests: $50 per person per night for unapproved guests.
