Great location and great place to stay! Living room was nice and cool to beat the heat. Showers are nicely renovated and the beds were super comfortable. Best part was the neighborhood was nice and quiet at night despite being close to the downtown action! I would highly recommend staying here to enjoy Scottsdale.

Communication with our host Jeremy was excellent. The home was spotless upon arrival and everything was working and efficient. Loved this location for the close proximity to Oldtown. Definitely worth a return stay!

We loved our stay in Scottsdale. The house was beautiful and perfect for our party of four. We cooked breakfast each morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee and tea as well. We parked in the shade in the driveway and were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to staying here next time we are in Scottsdale.

We had a lovely stay at The Avenue. The home is very clean, comfortable and well appointed! The owners thought of everything and even left us home grown oranges! Yum. The walking proximity into Old Town was great and we spent time each day exploring the galleries, bars and restaurants.
