The desk clerk was very professional and kind but the room was not ready. Had to go to alternate place to wait to see if room would be clean and ready after trying to checkin at 6pm. Called an hour later room was ready but we were already at our location for our meetup. It was inconvenient due to we were not able to access shower or our room before we engaged in our plans for the evening after driviing 8 hours. We found ourselves, uncomfortable due to not having access to the bathroom in our room. The room was clean but it didnt have a shower curtain. It was unfair to the night clerk working alone to be put in this situation of vulnerability but was not fun gor us either in thecsame circumstances. Please remember this was not the night clerks fault but she had to represent the hotel.

It's ridiculous that we had to take out our own trash, go to the front desk and get our own towels and sheets and then proceed to strip the bed and put our own sheets on.

I am a property manager. We sometimes have to use hotels when an AC unit goes down. The general manager was very helpful and polite. Employees were professional and friendly. We will use this hotel again for our renters. Thank you for making our life's easier.

I was very unhappy with the coffee situation. It doesn’t seem like too much to ask to have coffee in the room or at least have decent coffee available. I see a Starbucks is going in across the street, but it was not opened yet. Also, charging extra to get towels changed out, cookware, and dishes was disappointing. also, Sheets should be changed once a week not every two weeks. Overall, the place was very clean and nice. There were just little touches that would’ve made it better like a hairdryer in the room and a coffee maker.

No Ice Machines?!?!

Great location for Mesa Gateway and for Cactus Yards for sportsball. HOWEVER, a bit shocking to find there are no ICE MACHINES located on the premises. Also, being a newer motel the facility is very new, but the beds are basically oversized cots with mattresses only. Otherwise, a very functional and practical stay!

You get what you pay for. The room was nice enough, as far as space, storage and it was clean. You got a couple of towels and toilet paper. If you want anything for the kitchen, you have to pay for it -if you want the Internet, you have to pay for it. Extra towels- you guessed-you have to pay. They didn’t supply any shampoo and some of the standard items you normally get- not even a box of tissues. The staff were indifferent and unwelcoming. If you only need a place to put your head at night then the inexpensive price tag is perfect for you. I will never stay there again.
