This hotel was clean. However, if you are looking for rest this is not the place to stay. It was noisy all through the night. Upon check in, the staff were more concerned about personal issues and complaining about some customer named Brian. It was a very unprofessional atmosphere. I do not recommend.

Room was clean and comfortable. But we had a hiccup between the night clerk on duty (her 2nd day at work...and she was alone) and the receipt from Expedia. She didn’t charge our card and Expedia showed we paid in full in advance...but our card was never charged. So they showed us as no shows the 1st night even though we were there and gave someone else our room, who subsequently walked in on is. Thankfully we were in the room when they did. And we got it sorted out the next day. It was a ridiculous comedy of errors!

I reserved a 2 queen room and it was already given away by the time I checked in so I got a king suite with a pull out bed. the walls were so thin I could hear my neighbors alarm buzzing on their night stand. Plus the neighbor above us was making noise all night and woke us up constantly. I know the noise is not the staffs issue to resolve but the cheap construction of the hotel was a factor in the noise level.

Staff and clean room. The lack of kleenex, extra soap, low shower ptreasure held me back from saying it was excellent. You've taken too much away for the price i paid. And no discounts for senior citizens, retired military or ant other memberships i have...sgame on you.

The place was clean. The staff was great. The room was out of order. Bed too close to the wall. Bathroom door was in the way. No side night stand. The cabinets were Cheap looking. The bed was squeaky and cheap. Someone was vacuuming at 3AM thin walls!

Everything looked brand New and sparkling clean. The only issue was that the bed was not as comfortable as we had expected from Comfort Inn. And the guests in the room above our friends room were loud and had heavy feet
