"Property had prime location (about 15 minutes from big bed, Buckingham palace) amazing staff, 2 great restaurants on site, breakfast, paid, but price is reasonable and it’s very convenient. Rook was cleaned daily and we got 2 huge complementary bottles of water, one will, one sparkling, every time they cleaned the room. There was a gym on premises but we didn’t go there, so can’t comment on that. Outside in the front was a foose ball table and a ping pong table and tables and chairs from the on site restaurant that we were welcome to use to watch the World Cup on the tv outside. Some negatives, room setup wasn’t great. It was tiny with the 2 queen beds which were almost touching practically against the walls. Wasn’t much else that fit in the room. We booked like 10 months ahead and got a view of interior walls and I was told there were no other rooms with 2 queen size beds available. But we didn’t come to London to stay in the room, so these things didn’t bother me enough to lower the rating. Would definitely stay here again."
