Very nice hotel, great view from our tenth floor room over the London skyline. Amazing choice at breakfast and very efficiently done. Lovely helpful staff throughout. Overall a wonderful two-night stay.

Very clean hotel with a good breakfast buffet included (that opens at 7:00). It would have been nice for something to be available at 6, as some tours we booked had us getting up early. The staff was friendly. The location was close to Victoria Station, so getting around was easier. If you are from the US as we were, bring your own wash cloth for the shower. They are considered a personal item here an not included. We wish we knew! lol We would stay here again.

I had an issue on my first day. However, Alberto was wonderful and exceeded my expectations. Sonia was also great and checked that we were happy throughout our stay. Location is so central & convenient. The room was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The wonderful staff made our stay memorable. I would come back.

good location, very clean. an issue with the number of people, we paid for and got a quadruple room for the 4 of us (kids over 12) but were told only 2 people could go for breakfast, or extra charge. In Hotels.com, it said breakfast included. Not happy about that

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It's close to Victoria station. There are also lots of taxis across the street and Ubers are easy to get. The hotel is nice and clean with a friendly staff. There are lots of good choices at the morning breakfast buffet. The area can feel a little unsafe at night in certain areas. Wifi was quick and easy.

Very convenient location to Victoria Station. Also, many attractions within walking distance. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we decided to add on an extra night. Modern, clean rooms. Exceptional staff. Totally felt safe at all times. A few homeless in the area due to the train station but security/ police always around.
