Spacious room. Fridge in the room. Breakfast is lovely 😊 The only issue was the internet connection problem. But other than that it’s a lovely hotel. It’s in the centre of London. So commuting either by train; Tube, bus etc is convenient. Lastly, the staff were friendly and polite.

The room we were eventually allocated to (the first being a double bed when we’d asked for twin beds) was very nice. Separate toilet should have had a basin in it too. Breakfast was very good.

We had a family vacation in London and brought our adult children a grandchildren.The RIU was the perfect choice. They had spacious family rooms available and we had a lovely sixth story room with a view. The location was perfect, convenient, walkable to all of the iconic London sites, and convenient to buses, trains, and the tube. The staff were very helpful and kind they were accommodating and attentive. We loved the breakfast!
