My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at your location.While we were able to park at Park Plaza at a cost, we would have preferred parking on your site, we saw first hand that parking is a challenge in that surrounding. Great location and friendly staff!

I only stayed for one night on a business trip and I couldn’t fault the stay. The hotel is pretty much opposite Victoria station, and the staff were super helpful. I arrived earlier than the stated check in time and was hoping to just leave my suitcase so I could work in the lobby but my room was ready and I even got an upgrade. The room was very quiet, so managed to work and get some rest in! Breakfast is over the road with lovely staff and a varied combination of items! I’ll be staying again if I need a central London hub!

This property was extremely convenient. It was less than a 2 minute walk to Astoria station. So easy to travel around the city from that location.

Rigtig lækker hotel med god placering. Vi boede på 8’ende sal med udsigt over byen, herunder Big Ben og London eye. Morgenmadsbuffeten var stor og indbydende med noget for enhver smag. Det eneste minus var at der var meget lydt på værelserne. Man kunne høre alt på gangene virkelig tydeligt.

London Stay Made Great by Riu

Stay was wonderful, everything was new and modern, clean and green. The breakfast was the highlight for me - so nice to have a REAL meal before hitting the town. Coffee machines were amazing and offered lots of options.

Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there was no hot water in the showers- barely luke warm at all times. The reception staff was unacceptable since most had a language barrier- did not understand English very well etc?? When asked about tourist information and transport services, they looked it up on google since they were unfamiliar with the city/ area.!? Definitely not the kind of reception service one would expect from a highly rated hotel.

Theatre stay

Friendly welcoming, room clean and spacious. Some loose fittings in bathroom and no spare pillows available in room to use. Overall a lovely stay great breakfast with plentiful choices and fresh food. Quiet room , had a lovely sleep. Convenient fire theatre.
