"Great location within Sequoia National Park with easy access to most trails for viewing the sequoia trees. A great little bar and dining room with above average food. A bonus was the dark sky festival, which we were unaware at the time of booking. And was a great experience. The only drawback were the steps to the cabin area that were uneven and slopping, making it somewhat difficult to climb."

"We loved the location and that’s solely why we wanted to stay here. Staff is great, it is limited in staff but they are very attentive once they’re available. Check in and out was easy. Rooms were clean. They also have a tv which can be rare in National Park lodging. It was a great in between to visit Kings Canyon and Sequoia. We are also really close to Big Stump, General Grant and Panorama View. Overall great time during our National Park venture, and close to amenities. "

Perfect location, friendly staff, we stayed two nights in the super cute motel and ate at the restaurant - the food and local beers were delicious! Super cozy inside with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the remote location and peaceful atmosphere. The host had great communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!"
