No airport shuttle at night. Room was a little run down. Dirty in corners. Had to use a towel to be able to stand in the tub to take a shower. Staff had a mixed attitude. There is no way to buy water unless you use a vending machine. Staff was dismissive and said they had water only for reward members and I could cross the street to buy at a convenience store, with a small child, after dark and in freezing temperatures. The restaurant next to the hotel was very convenient and food was of good quality. Our server Chris was outstanding and very professional.

I was told when i booked that property had a EV charging station, they didn't tell me it was only for Tesla. I booked this particular hotel to to able to charge my Equinox. I was very upset. Also only ice machine on our side of building didn't work all week. I told front desk, nothing was done
