The people that worked there were great, but they were having problems with their heat, and it was absolutely freezing inside.You couldn't even eat breakfas in tbe dining area. Pool and hot tub were closed.

Very Dissapointed

This trip there was a noticbale differece from past trips. The room wasn't clean, the elevators were hardly in service, one was completely down and the other broke down for a few hours one evening forcing all guest to use stairs. Front desk staff were very nice, that was the only saving grace.

Best place I've never stayed! 😄 I didn't end up actually making it to my reservation since my plans in the area were canceled. Looked nice, though! Maybe some other time.
