The entire staff was amazing and very professional. They always greeted me were very polite. I felt like I was at home. The breakfast buffet was amazing, you had so much to choose from. The little snacks and hot coffee always fresh. They even made little travel bags up for you. I highly recommend this hotel and I will always stay there when I am up in that area.

The only thing I feel was a tad short of a perfect stay was the hot tub was like warm. Maybe 15 degrees higher than the pool. It served its purpose and I was able to stretch in 80/90 degree water but I would have preferred 95/100

Stayed on the fifth floor and the elevator overheated due to the kids going up and down. The wifi was not working at one point and when they fixed it you could only use one device in the room. Very inconvenient when you have more than one person that needs to use the wifi. Housekeeping trying to get into the room without knocking not once but twice. Then blamed front desk for telling them we had checked out. The front desk had no idea what the housekeeper said as she did not have me checked out. The phone in the room was not working.
