I was very disappointed in this Days Inn property, especially the room itself. The upholstered furniture was terribly soiled, so much so that we would not sit on it. The common areas were fairly clean and well maintained, but the room was pretty awful.

The room was okay but there wasn't much lighting. It seemed dark. The TV didn't have a channel guide and when we asked for one, the clerk said that it wouldn't do any good because they didn't have most of the channels on it. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The pool and whirlpool were nice and the beds were so soft. The front desk (male) when I checked in was a little rude. I thought it was odd that we had to come to the front desk for pool towel which by the way was smaller than the shower towel that was in room. We had two queen size beds and my husband and I shared a bed and the bottom sheet kept coming off and it would not stay on the bed. I also thought it was odd and actually took offense that they would ask for tips at the free breakfast area and even had an envelope with the housekeepers name on it for a tip. Other motels/hotels that I have stated in weren’t like this. Just when we were on our cruise

The property was satisfactory. We just spent a night so did not check out the amenities. The room was clean and comfortable. The check-in attendant (a gentleman) was very unfriendly!!!!! Not suited for front desk; he should work behind the scene.
