Carpet inside the room:Orrible Sink outside the bathroom but in front of the door???? Two toaster in pantry: both- half working half side no working.lol to be polite. The hotel can not afford (2) toaster and the publish themself as hotel? LOL Working site outside in front of the entrance: machinery everywhere. Garbage enclusure: in front of the entrance….open….full of garbage. Should I keep going or is mortifying enough? Mortifying for myself too that I choose this hotel to spend a night with my better half.

For our 2 year anniversary this was pretty nice stay. And we loved our time here, great staff super nice and we appreciated the congratulations. Are room was great at 316 view was great, And super clean this was are first time staying at a hotel together so thank you for making this memorable.

This property is disgusting. It smells. It’s dirty. Floors are stained. Toilet only flushes every other flush. Sink was backed up. Elevator had issues. Lights in it did not work.

We never had maid service. The hot tub was green. The pool was clean. The building was under construction and they were still working on it after 7pm when we are trying to wind down from our busy day. We were in a room next to the laundry facility and they were still running the machines after 8 pm and there was some arguing outside in the hallway both nights we stayed.

First floor room was unsafe. The window could not be locked, and the adjoining door was not locked. We were given a first room floor because the elevator was broken and they said we should’ve received a text which we had not. The room was also without toilet paper which the front desk had difficulty finding. When she brought us the roller toilet paper as we were noticing that the room was not able to be secured we advised her that we would be checking out. I told her I could not sleep in a room could be securely locked and especially on the first floor. The front desk was nice enough to assist us and made notes on our Reservation as to why we were checking out and gave me the name of the manager (Kevin) to call the next day regarding a refund. Despite calling multiple times and leaving messages I’m with staff; he was not available and did not return my phone call for the next two days Travelocity declined my refund via email stating the I had not gotten approval from manager (as predicted by the competitor we stayed with - who along with many others guessed the name of the hotel we had checked-out from without us even telling them because of the known condition of the hotel). Money or not - my safety and that of my daughter come first!

This property is under construction 🏗️ June 23,2025 Lots of workers vehicles in parking lot resurfacing outside walls Big cranes being used. Check-in was speedy and efficient. Elevator was 🚫not working. The refrigerator froze everything and is difficult to open the door.it was squished between the air conditioning and table.if it was put in the middle of the two tables it would be accessible or change the door opening. The pool air condituoning was not 🚫 working and temperature inside air was not 🚫 The doors were opened to let iN the 99° outside! The pool 💦 was uncomfortably hot! ✅My room was handicapped accessible. ✅ Air-conditioning worked✅Nice TV ✅ Free wifi ✅ Variety of breakfast items, toast, bagels 🥯 muffins, scrambled eggs, assorted juices, cereal and milk. Coffee available
