Great hotel but AC caused issues

The hotel was clean, plenty of parking space, staff was friendly, and we felt safe. The only thing that drove us crazy was the fact that the AC unit was making clicking noises. Had to turn it off so we could sleep (it was below freezing outside), so this was very inconvenient.

Plattsburgh

Stag and check in were friendly. We had an accommodations room. A bit weird with the shower. Warm, not hot water in the morning albeit 11 degrees outside. The sheets in one bed good. The other had random hairs. Breakfast was good.

Ok for the price

The rooms were spacious, the check in process was fast and easy. The room was clean. We stayed only one night, but enjoyed it. The maintenance of the general hotel is lacking a little bit, the door to the main bathroom in the breakfast area would have to be slammed to close properly (someone had to come show me how hard to slam because you'd never do that in public)

Hotel was clean and close to restaurants and shopping. It was a bit loud overnight and we couldn't get the fan to stay on to cover the noise. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker was broken. The staff were all super friendly and service at the desk was quick for check-in.
