Tres Corazones is a private home sitting serenely on a small rise above La Mision’s beautiful, white, sandy shore. Step down from the deck and you are on the beach. The house is surrounded by courtyards, patios and gardens. Large wood and wrought-iron gates sit in a twelve foot wall separating Tres Corazones from the La Mision village streets and adventures to be had in enchanting Mexico. Surfing is great. Horseback rides on the beach, music, dancing and great food is nearby.
Accommodations are designed to create a relaxing atmosphere. Our gracious rooms with double French doors open onto the exterior garden courtyards. The entire house is available to you.

*La Gloria Suite
The large beachfront master suite has our “Tres Corazones” fireplace and includes a bedroom with private full bath, plus an extra full bath off the kitchen, kitchen, dining area, small reading library, and a great room with plenty of space to enjoy time with other guests or visitors from the neighborhood.

*The Loft Suite
The loft suite is a wonderful place to escape for time alone, or sit with your friends in front of the kiva fireplace. It’s a very comfortable and open space with sleeping upstairs in the loft and a full bath and living area down stairs. Watch the sun setting over the pacific, or sip your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the courtyard and the gorgeous ocean view.

*La Mision Room
La Mision Room is one of the two lovely bedrooms that open onto our private garden courtyard. With a queen sized bed and a private bath, this room is the perfect place to retire after a long day of sand and sun.

*El Vaquero Room
The Vaquero Room is the Tres Corazones “bunkhouse.” A great room for the kids after porpoise watching and sandcastle building, or for anyone who wants a place to settle in for the night. There is a private bath and two comfortable twin beds.

All the beds have luxurious pillow-top mattresses and each bedroom has its own private entrance to the exterior patios including the master suite. Each bedroom has its own full bath and there is an extra full bath off the kitchen. The kitchen is completely furnished with a Bosch stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.

A 12 ft wall surrounds the road side perimeter of the property with two beautiful wood and iron gates that open to a large “U” shaped driveway and gardens. There is comfortable parking in the property for four cars.

Linens are supplied but you will need to bring beach towels. A full
list of things that are supplied, and detailed info on your stay is
sent to you upon final payment for your stay including security deposit.
Guest access
All rooms have private entrances and access to the kitchen.
Other things to note
Tres Corazones is a private home. It is beach front with stone terraces going down to the 20 by 40 foot wooden deck that sits 6 feet above the the sand on the long white sandy La Mision beach. The house is surrounded by patios and gardens.

One of eight original homes built on Playa La Mision in the 1950’s, Tres Corazones has been carefully remodeled to reflect a contemporary lifestyle, while maintaining its original charm and splendor. Relax, allow yourself to be pampered by your surroundings, play, or stroll on the beach, enjoy the numerous patios and gardens, or simply recline on Tres Corazones’ terraces, as you watch the Pacific waves washing sunlit shores.

Tres Corazones is tastefully appointed for your enjoyment and comfort. A stress free environment – restful by nature – creates an enchanted experience for guests, while offering accommodations an adventurer from the modern world might desire. With beach front access and spectacular views in all directions La Mision’s long, white, sandy beach is beautiful and can provide many surprising adventures.

A lot of care and love has gone into Tres Corazones restoration and remodeling to insure a comfortable stay for our family and our guests. We would love to include you in our growing list of friends and guests.

Extras Available for a fee: Tres Corazones offers plenty of extras to make your stay even more enjoyable. We want to share with you a few of our favorite things that have made our visits special over the years. Please be sure to reserve them in advance of your stay.

Fresh Tortillas: Fresh handmade tortillas delivered to you in the morning. Delicate and delicious flour tortillas $5.50 per dozen

Tamales delivered: Savory handmade tamales in beef, chicken and pork, or dessert tamales in pineapple other dessert options available $1.25 each.

A Traditional Breakfast or Lunch: For a traditional Mexican style meal - $8 per head, $40 per meal Minimum

Cooking for one meal a day, breakfast or lunch only (includes prep and clean-up*). Menus are decided on ahead of time. Any adjustments to meals or people attending need to be handled through our concierge Cesar Mora. By reservation only.
